Very good service from all staff, good place to transit or staycations. Close to airport, only 10 minutes walking.

We only stayed for one night before our early flight. The room is good and well cleaned. Only the bed, since they are putting together the twin bed become a Hollywood bed, so in the middle it feels a bit uncomfortable, but it's still fine for us. The free airport shuttle to the airport is also a plus and helped us a lot on our early flight.

Terrible service, they said the airport transfer was free but still charged us for coffee, the room door was broken and wouldn't open, we had to go up and down two or three times to ask them to open it, the staff were terrible and unhelpful, the small room had a TV but it was unusable. It was very disappointing staying two nights at a 4-star hotel and receiving such a terrible experience.

So far, it's been pretty good and enjoyable, as there's an airport shuttle bus available. So, there's no hassle finding a taxi or Grab during your overnight stay in Vietnam.

It's quite pricey, but it's close to the hotel and the staff are very friendly. There's also an airport transfer, so you don't have to book a taxi yourself. Cong Ca Phe is nearby, perfect for coffee.

Ibis Saigon Airport Stayed for one night due to an early flight. The location near the airport is convenient, and the shuttle service was helpful. However, the room felt quite dated and had a strong moldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Luckily, it was only for one night.
