Perfect location int the middle heart of Madrid

This is a gem of a hotel. Really centrally located, clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable and the staff on reception were superb - the friendliest hotel front desk I’ve encountered.

Where do I start? I was 100% pleased with this hotel. Location was a huge PLUS, walkable to all you need. The hotel is very boutique and modern. The open kitchen with free coffee was amazing, and to get a breakfast bag on your door each morning was just the right touch to be even happier of staying here. The front desk staff was always professional and willing to meet my needs. Love it and recommend it.

Nice Place Great Location... We Loved it

Endroit très propre, tranquille et très central. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Je recommande cet endroit à 100%.

Great location! We were able to explore all nearby areas on foot. Nice places to eat and shop near by. Room was spacious for two people. Me and my daughter had a very comfortable stay. Staff at front desk helped us with any questions we had regarding sight seeing and Metro etc.

Temperatur a little hight but we opened the window.

In the heart of the city. Walking distance to many attractions. Clean, modern rooms, breakfast and coffee area 24 hours. Food and shops steps way.

Location, staff, WiFi were good; a/c works only in summer months but luckily the windows were openable. The shower in our room had problems- when the overhead shower was used - water floods the bathroom and the room. We complained to the receptionist and the repairman came up. He wasn’t able to fix because the same thing happened the next day and then we left. In all other aspects it’s a great hotel.

Good location and clean, modern rooms.

The room was clean, the bed was big, and I appreciate the veranda door being able to open. The street was surprisingly quiet for such a busy neighbourhood. I loved having the coffee bar when I arrived as finding fresh fruit had been difficult during my stay and I won’t lie I was hangry. The staff were so lovely and kind. Use the airport shuttle. I didn’t but my experience with the taxi drivers in Madrid were the worst in all of Spain (and the rest of Spain were amazing). I loved waking up to a bag of croissants and water hanging on my door; however, in Spain it’s weird to eat them in the park. You will be stared at. I would suggest anyone I know to stay with this company again. I will stay with them again.

Great location, good, attentive staff and clean room. Bed wasn't very comfortable and was low to the ground. Nightstands were very small. Bathroom door wouldn't close.

Couldn't ask for a better location, right in the heart of Sol. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, the Metro and many major sites.
