This has to be the best located most affordable hotel in Madrid. The staff is super friendly, the rooftop restaurant is cool, and the Calle de la Montera is pscked with delicious tapas restaurants. The Plaza Mayor is 5 min walking distance, and we’re literally in the center of Madrid. The hotel vibe is amazing, bathroom is relatively big with a nice shower seperated from the bath, and the rooms are super clean. In the basement there’s a cozzy area with unlimited coffee snd snacks for free, 24h00. There’s no reason to go anywhere else if you visit Madrid.

Excellent location, between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía. Restroom is big, with shower and bath tub. Breakfast is not offered, but have a very convenient self service area with fruit, tea, coffee, chocolate and pastries. There is not a sign to hang on your door to stop the cleaning crew from doing your room or waking you up.

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and kind. However, the actual room was SO HOT the entire time- even when we were in the room with the key in the slot, the AC hardly seemed to make a difference. Much of the time, our room and the hallway leading to our room smelled like sewage. We did not complain though because I don't really know what they would have done to fix it. We were also on the floor below the rooftop restaurant, and it was LOUD.

Great Location in the heart of Madrid. Spacious rooms with a super quiet environment despite of the central location. Personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second stay and won’t be the last. Thanks for the good experience as always.

Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

Everything was spot on only negative I have is that I laid £46 extra for a balcony with seats and a table and yet we didn’t get that instead we got a window door that oppend. But that aside everything was all good

Very convenient. Except for the Day 1 on 13 June who received us was impatient and unfriendly, the other staff were very helpful and approachable. Rooms were clean and spacious.
