Location is great. Room was clean. Please do not be confused by the guest house and this hotel. One negative point is that The roof top bar closes at 11PM and you might hear noise until midnight.

My stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and our suite was way beyond expectations. Expect a lively neighborhood!

Great vibes and loved the area, the staff, the food and it was lovely.

I loved the look of the hotel, inside and out. The view is amazing and the breakfast the next morning is wonderful.

The concierge staff went above and beyond. I enjoyed the suite immensely and the dorm room reminded me of younger freer days! Superbly located near stores the best restaurants and a short stroll to the Botanical Gardens which was free from 10am to 1pm on Sundays.oh and ARSENAL Women WON the Champions League!!

Plenty of hot water in the shower and the AC worked well. Front desk staff was great at helping with directions. I would have like a tea pot in the room, as neither of us drink coffee. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has such a cool decoration, mixing retro and new, very friendly atmosphere, I loved the breakfast it had such a nice mood especially because of Lourdes who was so friendly and caring to us!!

Encore mieux qu’on ne l’espérait ! Très bel hôtel, soigneusement décoré, très bien placé. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Le buffet petit déjeuner très bon également. Nous avons testé un soir le restaurant de l’hôtel : une tuerie. Lisbonne est une fête à ciel ouvert et les bâtiments sont anciens : sans surprise la rue était bruyante (nous l’avions vu dans les commentaires sur différents hôtels). L’hôtel met à disposition des boules quies, ce qui est très pratique. 10/10 pour ce séjour.

Hotel was right across the street from a great outdoor plaza with tapas and drinks. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Suite was lovely and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful! Only negative was that the lift wasn’t working but was being repaired when we were there. Would definitely book it again and recommend it to friends!

Nice spot to stay in Lisbon. Short walk from the main areas. Nice breakfast and nice staff.

Unique property in the heart of the Principe Real area. Tour bus stop right outside building. Friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast and lovely views from the balcony. Bustling (noisy) area and nofrills hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, excellent location

This was our second stay here - we stayed 5 years ago, so it was just as good as last time. I think we had the same superior room which overlooked the road. Great size, very bright and airy (it had 2 large floor to ceiling windows), and nice bathroom (amazingly powerful shower) This hotel is quite quirky, so if you like one of those non descript hotels that are clean and modern without any character, then this is probably not the place for you. If you want somewhere full of character, with friendly helpful staff and great location, this is the place for you. We like our hotels to feel like they reflect the country we are staying in. One thing I would like to suggest - a toaster in the breakfast room.

The hotel is located on a hill, where there is one of the official viewpoints, in a fashionable district. If you want to feel the atmosphere of Portugal, you must take the opportunity to stay overnight in this facility. We really liked the unique atmosphere of this place. We had a room with a wonderful view of Lisbon and enjoyed breakfast served in a very nice restaurant on the top of the building.
