Beautiful grounds with fall foliage. Outstanding restaurant and high quality affordable breakfast buffet. Only downside is the downstairs shower with erratic temperature control.

Beds could be more comfortable. Staff needs to know more about the reservations to avoid confusion about payment.

The hotel is on beautiful grounds. We were there for a wedding and it was lovely to walk around outside the next day. A small playground and antique cars and helicopters on site. We had a couple hiccups. They couldn't find our reservation. When we got our room, it was a twin room instead of the triple that we paid for. And in the morning, someone walked into our room.

A nice big territory, unfortunately most of it unused and even separate restaurant house not working, but in-hotel restaurant is good. Staff is friendly, however need more english speakers probably. Room is nice, but partially not too clean and the toilet was dripping water making noise all night long, I believe bathroom needs attention. In general I'd recommend this property for celebration with guests or to drive around Krakow on a car, but not to stay inside the city. The waiter senior gentleman is very nice and helpful!

The property is located between the city and the airport which makes both easily accessible by car. The property is modern and has excellent staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the prize one pays. Overall it is a great location which I will book again if my travel plans take me to Krakow again!

The hotel garden is nice for a walk, the rooms are clean and odorless, the food at the restaurant next to the hotel is delicious, and the servers were also very well-mannered.

Jestśmy z mężem zachwyceni tym obiektem. Byliśmy zimą, a park i okolica obiecują cudowny czas zwłaszcza latem i ciepłą jesienią. na pewno więc tu wrócimy bo warto.
