Primera vez que visito Chile, y agradezco al staff por habernos hecho sentir como en casa, muy cálidos, muy atentos, siempre con buena actitud y serviciales. Muy agradecida de todos, en especial Javier, Javiera, 1 chico y 1 chica más (que recuerdo sus caras, pero no sus nombres. Qué memoria la mía :( disculpen). Gracias por su calidez y excelente servicio ;)

0 flexibility from the hotel staff about quite a few things, for instance 140 usd penalty after checking out 40 minutes late after a 12 day stay at the hotel, which only after negotiating I could bring down to 60 usd. Or not getting any lenience when I wanted to cancel 1 of the 12 nights booked (Expedia and the hotel simply blamed each other and said the other party would not allow it) Small annoyances like having to leave an obligatory 450 usd depósit for extra charges which was not valid in any of the restaurants, or surcharges for things like a robe in the spa. restaurant staff was very friendly

Overall, it was a good stay. The location is nice and safe; you can walk around easily. The hotel is nice and practical. The spa team is unfriendly and the spa service is average.

The manager of the Sky restaurant provides excellent customer service. The waiters, Peter, Orlando, and the rest of the staff, do an exceptional job. The food is delicious, and the restaurant's location offers a privileged view of the Andes mountain range

The design of this property is quite unique and it works. They must have used a brilliant architect.

Enjoyed the roof top bar and the Italian restaurant

I stayed for 2 nights. It's a good hotel located in downtown santiago. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Dice ser un hotel 5 estrellas pero le falta mucho para serlo. El ruido es espantoso, se escucha a las mucamas haciendo el aseo en las habitaciones de arriba y laterales, te cobran hasta el agua, no está señalizado dentro de las habitaciones como prender la luz o el aire, el lavamanos está fuera del baño y se empoza el agua, no hay enchufes cerca de la cama. A pesar de haber reservado por esta app, me cobraron impuesto. Lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno y la buena atención del personal.

We stayed here 5 nights, in February Firstly check in begins at 3 pm so everyone turns up to check in at 3pm except the staff so there’s a very long line. My advice is dump your bags and come back around 5 pm. Rooms were noisy from a fan running even though we turned the AC off. Our shower head was half functioning with the small shower head pointing towards the corner of the shower which leaked! The breakfast and dining staff are just great and service was excellent, friendly and welcoming The rooftop bar however was the complete opposite and it cannot possibly be run by the same company. The pool looks nice but small and there are far too few loungers for the number of guests. I didn’t try the spa It’s an ok location but probably wouldn’t stay there.

Great area, safe, quiet, near Parque Arauco with many dinning options, near metro and other shopping mall. Hotel is great, breakfast not included but not too expensive if you choose to eat. Great restaurant at rooftop and one indoor

Nice Hotel just wearing down the bathroom,flooring and dirty windows. Beds need upgrades. Good location,top roof pool and restaurant pretty nice

Very nice

This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. Rooftop area has constant beating music and it gets tiresome. And spa is restricted as one must have reservation and limited in time. I understand it’s a small space but hotel guests should get priority and greater flexibility. Staff are great and rooms are super comfortable! Great option to stay at in Las Condes.

Hotel was very nice and clean! Roof top is very nice for food and pool but also small and expensive.
