We arrived in the mid night. Waited for checking in almost 30 minutes. The receptionist wasn’t friendly even he didn’t smile to the guests. He gave me superior room but the room was different like in the picture in web. After I came into the room, we called the receptionist and told him if the room was different. He gave me superior room but not kind of superior room like web said. He said sorry because they’re full, they didn’t give us the room. But we’re really disappointed. There wasn’t bathtub (I booked because in the information, they have it). They even didn’t give us slippers in the room and the room wasn’t smelling good.

The room is good, but we book on the internet with the money minded before 2 weeks. When he arrived, the staff said There are no rooms but only large rooms. Will pay more So we complained a little. But also pay 15 extra Thai baht 150. Really, if not thinking too much, it's OK because paying But we feel not okay because Finish payment But when he arrived he said no room Secretly lose feelings But today, because the room is good.

Good experience! Room is clean and comfortable. Reception staff was nice and welcoming. Walking distance to Al Jaddaf metro station.
