Everything was top notch - from the corridor's odor to room's size and service. Everything had a touch of Paris's love and fashion and fragrance. Will come back again for sure. Thank you

No wheelchair access parking! Hight restriction onsite parking. Reception staff was not welcoming! He was talking to someone long time, no eye contact when I arrived to check in, it was very late around 2am, after long drive, we wanted to check in and go to sleep we had to drive next day to London. When I ask if there is any disabled parking bay near by he said he doesn’t when there was right near the front of the hotel in the main road. Toilet was not cleaned! Not booked this hotel again or will not recommend to anyone!

I like it. But their are peddy, and sheap.

BED BUGS This property has a bed bug infestation and is unclean. The mattresses were stained, there was a ring in the sink, the shower was dirty, etc. I would never ever recommend this property to anyone, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly people, the room was ok some damage and some mold in places in the room but not to bad the sofa bed was awful and very squeaky and not very comfortable at all. Heating works very well , shower was good needs more power to it ,

A great room equipped with kitchenette is all you need. Loved the sauna experience at the hotel.

Great Stay

Good location walking distance to Choisy Le Roi RER station which is approx 25 mins to central Paris. Spacious room however bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

A budget friendly option within short walking distance of the train that takes you directly into the city! Beds could be better & leaving the “please clean room sign on the door never worked” but when asking the front desk for toilet paper, or towels or new bedding they gave it to us

No wifi on my first day which was very terrible. They lied about a technician working on it on the first day. Also cigarettes smoke smells kept coming in the room when I needed the windows open. Good location though. The chicken wings downstairs were so good and it’s an 8 minute walk from the train, with other metro options nearby. It’s a very good location for basic needs like food, and toiletries. Their staff are really nice

Right next to train station making it convenient to reach from airport without taxi..not far from central paris. Would recommend it greatly

Great experience ! Thanks to the entire staff. Mainly to the woman working at the cafeteria and room service. You made my stay better and I really appreciate it .

Staff members are friendly. They were helpful when I needed a document printed. I stayed at the hotel for six nights, it was not cleaned at all. I was told rooms are cleaned weekly for guests staying a week and longer. I have NEVER stayed in hotels anywhere in the world where rooms are not cleaned daily. I will not go back to this hotel again.

Worst beds ever - we didn’t sleep at all and left after 1 day only because the bedding was extremely uncomfortable very low quality, they should really invest in proper decent mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Also the hotel looks flashy on the outside but the rooms are not clean at al, the utensils in the kitchennete were filthy and we couldnt use anything, microwave was dirty and smelled really really bad. Overall the hygeine standard were below average for us and the worst part was the beds - no point in a large room when beds are of such low quality.

Hotel is nice, but the people at the reception is terribly rude and not helpful, would expect people to treat with manners but this is not the case

I was originally booked to stay longer but due to the facility, I chose to shorten my stay to a few days. Room is very spacious but bed is not comfortable. No safe in the room to store valuables. Hotel charges extra city taxes. They wanted to charge 10 euro to check out 1 hour later than. Hôtel breakfast was great. Served fresh squeezed orange juice.
