This was our 4th stay at the Mannix Apartments. We always have an apartment with a balcony which has all the facilities that we require. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly at all times. Daniel and Cristina were always available if we required any information etc. The Mannix is in a brilliant location for the beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants just a few steps away. We will definitely be returning again.

Block appears to have been recently refurbished. Comfortable accommodation. Location central to east and west of the peninsula - generally a good location and quiet. Management very helpful and courteous.

This was the 4th visit for my wife and I to the Mannix. Christina & Daniel are great hosts and we will definitely be returning.

A conveniently situated, well appointed basic apartment with friendly 24hr concierge at a fair price. A few pictures would brighten up the austere white decor. Would book again.

Really enjoyable 2 night stay, really first class professional reception team and very nice room and good sized balcony, will definitely stay again when in Las Palmas

3 night stay in Interior Studio room. The room was clean and quiet with good wifi and the location was excellent. It was very nice to have someone at the Reception (who were helpful), at all times (almost) so I was able to leave my luggage after checking out to grab a lunch nearby.

This was our 2nd visit to the Mannix Apartments and we wish we had discovered it a few years ago. Christina, Daniel and the team are brilliant. They are always on hand to offer any assistance you require in a friendly manner. We had an apartment with a balcony that was excellent and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better with the beach less than a 3 minute walk away with many bars and restaurants all around. If it's shopping you want then that is about 3 minutes in the opposite direction with no hills to climb, all on the flat.

Kistina and Daniel were good hosts. The location of the apartment was good, near the beach front and Santa Catalina bus terminal. The apartment was kept clean and tidy (room cleaning 6 days a week) and we felt safe in it. The stock of kitchen utensils could be improved but one could ask the hosts for them when required e.g. a fruit/veg knife. In common with these appointments, neighbour noises could be an issue, but overall it was acceptable.

Staff was super friendly, and they're always available - no issues when checking in. The apartment was clean and well maintained. More than enough space for two, with tiny kitchenette allowing for basic meal preparation. Located a stone's throw from the beach and in the middle of a busy tourist district. Can be loud at night - better sleep with your windows closed and air condition on. Plenty of venues to choose from to eat out nearby, and a shopping mall a block away if you'd rather eat in. Santa Catalina bus station is 5 mins on foot, very convenient if you want to do some sightseeing but don't want to rent a car.

The Mannix Apartments were excellent in all aspects. The location could not have been better in a quiet position with the golden sandy beach and its promenade full of excellent bars & restaurants within an easy 3/4 min stroll in one direction. There are also many bars and restaurants immediately around the Mannix Apartments. In the other direction about 5/6 min stroll you will find the excellent high quality shopping particularly in the El Corte Ingles Centre. All walking on 'the flat' with no hills. All the staff were very helpfully and we will definitely stay at the Mannix Apartments when next visiting Las Palmas.

The communications was terrible!!! Zero comfort in the room, cheap staff, furnitures etc.

Mannix is well situated, very near Las Canteras beach and within easy reach of restaurants etc. Very clean room with balcony to street, new, everything in good shape. Only issue I would say the street noise if you are in a low floor but hotel flexible in changing rooms if available. For a two star hotel it fulfills it's requirements and above.

This property is right in the heart of town, but just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It is basic but as described, it was clean & the staff are very friendly & warming. Would definitely recommend if you like to have the town/beach break. Thank you Mannix

My wife and I had a great stay at Mannix. The apartment was clean, stocked and centrally located (5min walk to the beach and Santa Catalina park). The staff/owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Location, and all desk receptionists are very professional and helpful.

Very noisey location. Had to check out early due to loud music, traffic, street cleaning, rubbish collections all throughout the night. Found Las Palmas to be very run down, not a pleasant trip.
