Rooms & amenities • Spacious rooms, sea or city view, very comfortable beds, clean amenities  • Some guests complain that the view is obstructed if there is a construction nearby 

Big twin bed size is a plus. Right at darling harbour, Clean rooms & good locations to anywhere. Tram line is just beside the hotel. Just 2 stop from Chinatown, 3 stops tp circular Quay.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the service is also friendly and fast.

Room is very good. In accordance with the cold.

Nice & clean hotel. Unfortunately the train next to the hotel on Saturday & Sunday doesn't work. So don't bother going. Even though weekends are needed. Overall it's ok.

The location is near a small mall with lots of restaurants, 10 min walk to China Town.

I have to pay for drinks that I didn't order in the lounge near the lobby. At first I thought my husband drank but it couldn't have been 4 glasses of soda water, even though we don't usually drink soda. At check-out I was surprised because I had to pay $ 48 for soda water that we didn't enjoy. I am forced to pay this bill even though this is not our order. The hotel doesn't want to know and it seems like there really isn't any choice but to pay for it. At the time of check-out, my husband happened to have flown beforehand to return. I had to check out with a baby stroller and a big suitcase + box 1 and my baby. On the way to the elevator I met housekeeping. Housekeeping but won't help. Good to meet other guests. This guest even helped me to push my suitcase in my box. The rest rooms are clean and neat. Unfortunately cleaning the room only once a day is not like in other 5 star hotels where room cleaning 2x morning and evening. For us who brought babies so it was very helpful. I stayed 31 Aug - 7 Sept our bed linen was changed only 1 time. Some parts of the bed sheet were exposed to baby poop (though only a small part) -but were not replaced by housekeeping the following day.

spacious room and bed. great neighborhood. would love to stay here again.

The rooms are quite large and clean and still new, the location is near the center of the crowd.
