They need to improve breakfast it’s very poor and also dinner at night is very slow

The hotel is very nice with large rooms with a balcony. Staff was great and dinner was excellent.

Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!

Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the price.

A modern comfortable hotel built on the side of a hill with mountain and lake views. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant is very good and reasonable but like most places in Argentina they don't open till 8pm. There is a take away option for lunch. The parking can be a problem, it is up a steep gradient and the car park is gravel, this also gives problems taking luggage into the hotel. My biggest complaint though that there is no outdoor seating anywhere to just sit and chill, including in the rooms where there is a nice balcony but nothing to sit on.

This is an amazing hotel - excellent in every way including food, food service and beverage service - the location is a bit remote but that adds to the charm and value of the hotel - make a detour of RN 40 and spend at least 2 nights!

Very nice place. People are friendly. The only problem is they have not enough tables for breakfast or dinner, but it is really a very nice place.

Can’t wait to come back. Hotel and breakfast was great.

Superbe hôtel dans la région des 7 lacs. Totalement écarté, vous prenez l'air. Très beau bâtiment, vue slendide. Très belles chambres Restaurant et petit déjeuner de qualité Piscine SPA...

Tout très bien passé, bien diner, bon petit déjeuner et cerise sur le gâteau la piscine au 3eme étage avec jacuzzi et une vue magnifique !

El hotel espectacular pero es demasiado lejos de san martin de los andes que fue el ligar que habia seleccionado ademas es por caretera destapada 1 hora para llegar y no hay internet… es muy importante que las personas conozcan esto y lo tengan en cuenta

La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene una pileta cubierta. Ofrece servicio de Restaurant. Tiene kitchenette en la habitación.

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar magico. Su estructura tiene un design que se incorpora bien el el ambiente. La vista desde la terraza con piscina es espectacular. Muy lindo el hall que es también el lugar donde se desayuna. Excelente la repostería toda casera! Comí bien también en el restaurante aun el hotel estaba por cerrar por fin de temporada. Personal muy gentil y disponible. Habitaciones cómodas y con vista. Espero volver.
