Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt für eine Woche (Frühstück und Abendessen). Das Essen war top! Sehr tolle und vielfältige Auswahl. Super Service, top organisiert. Am Strand war es sehr chillig. Keine nervigen Anfragen ob man bei den Aktivitäten mitmachen möchte oder so. Eins unserer kleinen Highlights: die Astronomy Night. Wir haben sehr viel gelernt und vermutlich einmalige Blicke in die Sterne werfen dürfen (es gab zwei Profi Teleskope). Auch die Anlage war top in Schuss. Gibt genug Liegen für alle. Gym und SPA waren auch top. Super freundliches Personal.

Beautiful hotel with stunning ground and excellent pools. Great location with easy walk / drive to the local village of Gennadi for excellent restaurants. Rooms and beds were absolutely 5*. Only disappointment was sun bed availability - there weren’t enough and unfortunately people reserved them before 7:30 despite signs saying this was not permitted. The only beds available had no parasol which rendered them unusable in the Greek summer heat.

There was 8 different times the pools were closed across 5 days due to deficatin

it cost us Eu260 from the airport to the Resort , there is no Uber , the pool was clean but sometimes we saw bugs in the water and that was not a pleasant experience

We had a nice time in Gennadi but it’s a good but not great hotel with some major flaws. Positives; buffet and all inclusive drinks are excellent, restaurant staff are nice and very attentive (Anna), the rooms and pool areas feel clean and modern. There is live music at breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very nice. Negatives; the hotel has no atmosphere as every available space is filled with so much furniture but almost no decorations/ cheap fake plants. So the lobby and bar area feel corporate, the main restaurant feels like a canteen with ridiculously bright lights and the grounds have neglected planting areas. The a la carte food was a bit hit and miss and there is very limited drink choice at the buffet dinner. The reception service was shockingly bad; took forever to get an answer and was dismissive. E.g, I told reception that I hurt my foot, could barely walk and asked for first aid bandage and I was told I should go to the mini mart as they had run out !! Some of the rooms have bad views, either over adjacent scrub land or directly onto a bush. And for families with babies there are NO rooms with baths, so you are given a tiny baby bath that you need to use in the shower. The rooms are fully open plan to the bathroom so once your baby is asleep in the room you cannot do anything in the bathroom without waking them up. Overall, I am sure if you go to Gennadi Grand resort you will have a nice time but all the negatives add up and prevent it from being a great hotel.

I had a wonderful time at Gennadi, the rooms were great, had everything I needed and the terrific staff kindly upgraded me (thank you so much). Plentiful dining options and the food was always excellent. This is a fantastic place to decompress and relax. I want to give a special shout out to Carla, Yiannis and Konstantina (at the front desk) who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, their positive and joyful energy was a delight to be around.

My wife & I spent our honeymoon here in August and had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, the food was great and the resort was great. Multiple pool areas, plenty of sun loungers and swim up rooms available. Lots of food choices and bars on site. The resort also has a convenience store that's open all day, thats fairly priced. The resort offers excursions each day, which include cruises, trips to different islands and much more. The spa is amazing! We definitely plan to visit again.

Perfect stay. Everything you would expect from a 5* resort. Definitely recommend.

Great rooms and service by the staff

Stayed for one week all inclusive in early June. Very little to fault at this hotel, rooms are brilliant. Food options are great and buffet is varied and of amazing quality. Evening entertainment was good as was the bar. All staff were great and service was brilliant, never had to wait for a drink in any area of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING resort!! Highly recommend. Staff, food, everything was just wonderful! 10/10!!

Positives 1. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the girls working the main bar in the evening and those at the customer service desk. 2. The à la carte restaurant food was amazing. 3. The cocktails at the evening bar were fabulous. 4. The desserts were incredible every single day and beautifully designed. 5. The hotel is very modern, and ordering to your sunbed via the app is great. 6. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. 7. The spa is gorgeous, and the gym is well-equipped. 8. There's a good shop on-site for anything you might need. Negatives 1. The buffet, especially dinner, was never warm enough. 2. There were ants throughout the resort. We had to move rooms because of this issue and were downgraded from a suite to a junior suite without a refund. Upon checkout, they gave us a late checkout worth 40 euros, which didn't cover the cost difference but was better than nothing. I understand this is nature and they are trying to address it, but it was very annoying when outside. 3. The room design was odd. The shower is right by the door entrance with no ventilation, and the toilet is separate with a sewage drain that had a bad smell. The cleaners kept putting the bin over the drain to block the smell. 4. There wasn't enough storage in the rooms for two people, with only one drawer available. 5. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and a bit dismissive. 6. The rooms were not super clean. Although modern, we noticed that

Relaxed atmosphere. Everything was kept clean, spotless inside our room aswell as around the resort. The staff were very friendly & made you feel welcome. We ate in all the restaurants & also had room service & the food was excellent. I had a lovely relaxing holiday but there was also the option for my 13 year old son to be entertained. We will definitely be returning next year.

The resort is far from 5 star. It resembles an airport terminal departure lounge with absolutely no ambience whatsoever. Every restaurant feels the same with zero investment in the accessories that make a space special- be that your room where the furniture was sparse and cheap through to the public spaces and restaurants where you were treated to some variant of garden furniture on which to sit.

It was amazing

This hotel is the ultimate choice for relaxation in style, in rhodes. We absolutely loved the rooms ( two-bedroom garden suite with pool) and the food was incredible. All the staff are so helpful, friendly and funny. The only thing missing is evening entertainment, just not once central place for everyone to get her every evening, almost too relaxing and quiet, especially with three rowdy kids in tow.
