We enjoyed everything about our stay. Ocean view with a balcony. Room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come here again.

Excellent location. Close to airport. 30 minute walk to Puerto Del Rosario. No shops much closer than that although there is a garage and shop on the other side of the highway. You can get there by walking through the tunnel under the road. Room was amazing. Sea view with balcony. Very clean. Loved it. Bus stop outside which you can catch to Puerto Del Rosario as well.

Nice hotel for overnight stay. Plenty of parking, lovely views of the sea.

It's a beautiful hotel with fantastic sea views. I woke every morning to the sunrise over the ocean. It's about 35 mins to walk into town along the promenade, a lovely walk. Two things that were disappointing. The walls are very thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The restaurant has extremely limited choices for vegetarians. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel has a very smart, modern feel. Location is unusual: right on the shore at one end of Playa Blanca and right next to the airport runway. Nothing else around but very convenient if you want the airport or beach. It was not the quietest hotel but the biggest source of noise was waves on the shore - not a bad thing.

Room was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. What lets the hotel down is the restaurant (more of a cafeteria) and the choice of food in the evening. We were on half board and just had choice of 2 starters 2 main and 2 desserts and not very exciting at that. Glad we were only there for 3 nights.

Breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline with a stunning beach close-by. The surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food in the restaurant is delicious and very good value for money. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or just to take in the scenery, it's definitely worth a visit!

Good sized rooms, clean, comfortable and right on the beachfront. Friendly staff and food was OK.

A good stopover for travelling with a bicycle to the airport. Really enjoyed being so close to the sea and the food was excellent.

Apparently, thee pool is just for show. It has never open and never will. Very loud planes fly overe every few minutes starting at 6 am

Dinner time takes an effort. Only 2 ppl working. Coffee and cream were not refilled by the maid.

On arrival at the foyer from the airport, customer service was non existent. The guy on reception spoke little English and it looked like he was on duty alone! I then proceeded to have a drink and something to eat on the terrace area. Sadly the waiter didn't speak any English and I felt like I was a burden, not the customer. Not many staff around to welcome and assist, therefore I would not return.

Seemed isolated when I arrived but there's a bus across the street going to Puerto del Rosario. Also a very nice paved path along the ocean to Puerto del Rosario that is a little over a mile long.

Walkable to PTO Rosario, close to airport, overall - very good location for exploration of the whole island

This accommodation was probably the best I have ever stayed in. The owner had thought of everything - it was comfortable and luxurious. It was quiet, with only the noise of the sea for company. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. If you get the chance, stay here. It’s pure luxury!

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was very clean and cleaning staff very efficient. Had a sea view room with large balcony. Most days the landing flight path goes directly over the sea past the hotel at about 500ft so expected aircraft noise but it didn’t personally bother us. It was quite enjoyable watch flights come in. Also, they do stop in the late afternoon so no disturbance to sleep. Choice of continental or English breakfast was not too bad but bacon was thin and crispy and sausages were actually thin hotdogs, the type you’d get out of a tin. Dinner was good and plentiful for us. If to have a big appetite in the morning, you might want to add lots of bread or toast with your breakfast. New coastal path will take you straight into the town and took us around 30 to 40 minutes on a stroll. Nice walk though. As you can see, the hotel is set on a lovely sandy beach. The only noteworthy issue with this hotel is what a lot of people have mentioned. The soundproofing of the walls is not very good and if you make a little too much noise in the late evening you might get your neighbours banging on the wall. This personally didn’t happen to us on our stay because we are fairly quiet and although we could hear next door talking loudly it didn’t really bother us. All in all a very nice hotel

La habitación, el personal y la comida eran buenos. Me gustó mucho la selección para la cena de media pensión. El hotel estaba limpio. Muy cerca del puerto y aeropuerto. Me decepcionó un poco la vista desde mi habitación: un campo utilizado por caravanas. Seguro que hay habitaciones con mejores vistas.
