Good, nice hotel, very comfy and located very nicely.

very troublesome because the lobby downstairs is being renovated so the receptionist was moved to the 2nd floor. I had already brought all my suitcases downstairs to order a car, I just noticed that I had to go to the 2nd floor to check out while the time was very tight. for the cleanliness of the room, lately it's been a bit disappointing even though I've stayed at Novotel Stevens for 20 times it seems, just yesterday the room's cupboard was dirty like pieces of cardboard, the mattress and pillows were very dusty, my child and I are allergic to dust so we were very bothered by that :(

Disappointed because I had to request a change of room twice. First, due to the air-conditioning not working. Second, for the twin bed sharing beds which I had booked, they were not available. And finally, the third time everything was in order.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable and clean room! Its a slight walk to the nearest MRT station but the hotel do provide free shuttle buses to and fro the station! Recommended hotel to stay and quite good pricings in Singapore thankyou! 👍

I was disappointed during my stay for 3 nights. At first when the staff said the room is ready but I go to the room and all the room still looks messy! They never clean up my room. But how come they said it was ready? So they asked me to wait and changed the room. And it happened again on 2nd day during my stay I already asked them 3 times to clean up my room. And comeback from Orchard they haven't cleaned it yet. At the end they clean up my room at 21.40 PM (I asked them just to throw up the rubbish since I bring my baby so I need them to Throw the diapers from the rubbish bin) where I am supposed to go sleep but still need to wait for the staffs to throw the rubbish. I would definitely never come back nor recommend this hotel … thanks NOVOTEL.

Bedsheet is torn, dust everywhere on appliances

Clean and nice location. Easy to go anywhere. Food are incredible tasty and abundan. Lots of choice. Room are always clean. My Favourite Hotel at Singapore

For loation. Near and walking about 15 minutes from orchard. Still oke and for clean and service. Standard novotels hotel. Good.

The room quite big compare similar price hotel in Singapore. But this hotel have policy to clean the room every 2 days. That minus. The other thing no complain at all.

A good hotel and a good service humble staff

Beautiful swimming pool, comfortable. Lovely staff, enthusiastic and attentive room cleaning!

At 2nd day the room was not cleaned. I booked 2 rooms (connecting) but only one room cleaned after I complained. When check in, only one room was ready since the other one still had a problem with the shower. I asked let me and my family used the ready one. Instead we need to wait> 3 hours.

Great place to relax. Room was very comfy

It 's in good location if you're travelling for business. All was good except the bathroom condition. The water for some reason has very strong metal smell with rusty flavour which I suspect was either from the pipe or the shower head. They claimed they replaced the shower head after I lodged the complaint but the problem was not resolved nor they followed up. Overall very good, but never again unfortunately.

View from my room is nice (I forgot to take photo), just have basic photo. Everything is new, they have 7-11 next to the hotel. Staff is super cute ~I will book this hotel again!

The staff so friendly and we get early check in.

I'm not trying to rasist but I will tell you. When I arrived I got assisted by an indian front office, not so friendly, he said room is fully booked, no more left, but let the guest next after me (an india one) stayed in and he is so friendly. The staff move me to the next hotel (mercure) he said it will be ugrade but what I've got is even worst. Small tiny room. What a bad service!
