This property is in the middle of downtown Barcelona. There is a Train, buses, store and restaurant. One thing I didn’t like, was every time I walked in the hotel. The staff keep stopping me at the entrance. I know there’s a lot of foot traffic becuz of the rooftop lounge. Since the staff didn’t recognizing me. Before walking in the hotel I showed my Room card. My hotel room was 519. You have a window but it’s facing the back. Cleaning crew was on point. They knock on the door to clean. So make sure you put “do not disturb”. Rooftop get pack.

Staff are very friendly. Room is clean. Just need major upgrades. For the price we paid for the room and not what I expected to see. Good luck.

Great location! Incredible staff! Loved our corner balcony room! Had a major water leak in our ceiling at 3am was the only negative thing! Woukd definitely recommend

It was a great property. I did not give it a 5 star because I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star property. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom were very clean. There was no official restaurant where you could dine. But a really cool roof top pool and bar.

Good hotel next to a plaza with multiple hop-on and hop-off bus routes. Breakfast is not included but McDonalds is a one minute walk.Many Spanish restaurants were a short walk. Next to an inexpensive, frequent, airport shuttle. I could not ask for something more convenient!

The location of the hotel is very central – with rail and bus lines right below the hotel. The plaza Catalunya station is a hub for connecting to different parts of the city. Our hotel room (triple room) was huge and accommodated our family very comfortably. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The breakfast buffet has a very extensive variety of both hot made to order dishes. In addition to salads, fruits, the best cappuccino we had in Spain (ask the staff to make you one instead of the machine). Christopher, Sergei, Alessandro and Karol in the dining area were very accommodating and courteous. Salah at check in was helpful regarding getting a taxi or giving us information for areas around the hotel. We will definitely stay at this location anytime we return to Barcelona again. Again, the staff at the hotel was absolutely fantastic.

I enjoyed my stay as it is very comfortable and the location is very central. Staff was very nice but need to communicate more efficiently. I paid for breakfast although it was already included in my booking, and when I presented myself at breakfast area they told me I didn't have breakfast although i paid (twice) for it. Staff handled the situation properly but please be careful next time. The elevator system is really not practical, you have to wait a lot and there was a problem in my floor so I had to take the stairs twice (6th floor).

Air conditioning not working

This is somewhat strange hotel. Long waits for checking in and checking out since here was only one person at the front desk. The room is awkwardly designed, with the toilet, shower and washbasin in three different spaces, separate from each other. The architects who designed the rooms did not believe that it would actually be convenient to have an integrate bathroom, with all facilities in one room; they wanted to be different for the sake of difference, sacrificing the comfort of the guests. This is an overpriced hotel and I am not likely to come back; there are better options in Barcelona.

We were in Barcelona for a few days before flying to the US for a Schengen break from traveling in Europe. The location was fantastic for seeing the area including fun museums and great shopping. It was just after Cmas and there was even a small Xmas market that ended the night we arrived.

Marvelous hotel. Only issue was that one of the two small elevators was not working two mornings. The staff was very helpful in letting people use their staff elevator but there was a lot of congestion at check out time. Hotel was very nice, clean and in an excellent location. The staff was first rate.

This is our second time staying at the property and we loved the place and the great location. Is closed to main attractions and to stores for the ones that likes to shop. The property has a roof top bar from where you can see La Sagrada Familia.

I really enjoy my stay having a quiet and clean room everyday. It was very convenient that was near everything, we almost always walk to everywhere we visited. We received an excellent service from the staff. Only negative experience was the guy at the entrance of the rooftop that was asking us to pay an entrance without asking if we were staying at the hotel. It was very unpleasant. The other negative thing was that there were two elevators having problems all the time… but for overall it was an excellent experience.
