great location! very good customer service and walking distance to wonderful shopping malls and restaurants.

Great location! We were able to walk to many of the sightseeing attractions and shopping, even with young children ( 3 1/2 in stroller & 7 year old). We explored other sights by utilizing the hop on hop off bus. Rooftop bar/pool area small but lovely. Kids were able ti get wet, but it was difficult trying to get them to avoid unnecessary splashing (kids will be kids). We did nit have breakfast included, but did go to the restaurant which offered BOTH a menu as well as a buffet for $26.00 each. A bit steep if you typically do not eat a large breakfast. Many convenient coffee shops and restaurants. Luigi’s just next door was great food. Remember ti make reservations for most restaurants. We did nit have one for Luigi’s but luckily they just opened for lunch and it was not busy, so they accommodated us. ALL of the hotel staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice! The location was great and most things were within a 20 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel. We loved it! My boys loved the candy in Lobby and I enjoyed the Cava!!

I’ve stayed at other H10 properties that I liked better. The pool on the roof was great but it is very slippery. The hotel is a bit older now so rooms are run down a bit more than expected compared to some other H10s I’ve stayed. Location is very central and easy but a bit difficult for taxis to get to to pick up and drop off in traffic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby is very nice.

Last minute decision to stay in Barcelona before flying home. It was an excellent choice. We enjoyed drinks and the views on the rooftop patio. Short walk to the Cathedral and restaurants in the Gothic quarter. Plenty of space in the room for all three of us. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Best decision ever.

I appreciate the cleaning service we’ve got during our 3 nights’ stay. The area is centrally located. The hotel is elegant. The only backfall is the bathroom stall. The ledge which blocks the water flow was built TOO LOW for the bathroom stall. When we took a shower, the water was not being blocked from draining unto the floor. This caused some flooding. The bath mat was always soaking wet. Other than that, it was a good experience staying in the hotel.

Excellent staff that was super helpful. The was super clean and serviced everyday. The outdoor pool also included a full restaurant and bar.

Very clean, great staff (taxi dropped me on the sister location and they helped me with my baggage to the other hotel even when I didn’t ask!), a real treat to have little biscuits waiting in your room when you arrived tired and hungry to the hotel. I wish I’d stayed longer to enjoy the gym and pool. I recomend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Madison in Barcelona and would happily stay here again. The standout feature was the incredible staff—everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is hard to beat. Situated just steps from the Barcelona Cathedral in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, it was the perfect base for exploring the city’s historic streets, plazas, restaurants, and shops. We were able to walk to many of Barcelona’s top attractions, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a day of exploring, it was a pleasure to return and relax. If you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service and an unbeatable location in the heart of Barcelona, I highly recommend the H10 Madison.
