Longest check in ever.

No comments!! A 1 start Hotel!!

Basic hotel at convenient location near the airport. Check in took a fairly long time at 3am with no other guests around; hotel clerk was slow and kept losing information. AC was not on in the room and it took a while to cool down; it was extremely hot and humid even at 3am. I prepaid for breakfast, but was charged again on the spot. Hotels.com receipt does not mention pre-paid fee.

Amazing hotel

No hot water on the bathroom, no room service, no snacks at restaurant before 7pm, on and on, this Ibis keeps disappointing customers...

Terrible smell on corridors, poor breakfast, no drinking fountain, water expensive.

Lack of basic hospitality. Difficulty accomplishing simple tasks.

Close and convenient to the airport. Room and breakfast were very nice. all good.

Remout location. Only taxi access.

Cleanless is OK. Close to the airport is OK. Good breakfast. Normal lunch. No frequent transportation from the city is not OK. The shower water runs out of the bathroom and floods the room is not OK. Check In was slow this time.

Hotel should have had a shuttle bus for the 2km Never received the wake up call Room was ridiculously tight, only 3m x 7m inc bathroom for 2 people and 2 beds There no blankets There is no dresser with drawers This hotel is a mill for 1 night guests

Could not complain about the price. But bathroom was extremely poorly designed. Floor was flooded after shower
