Great value for money. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Shops are just a stone’s throw away, which made everything really convenient.

Beautiful hotel

We were allocated a courtyard room which had a small high level window resulting in the room feeling damp due to the Aircon. As such towels did not dry and for privacy, curtains had to remain closed as outside footpath allowed passersby to look in

Very well located

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building. The room was quiet and comfortable with good quality bed linen. The dining facilities were very good, breakfast was delicious.

Well localed and nice place to stay

Staff are excellent, especially Bliss who helped us park our car in the basement of the hotel (very, very narrow parking) and answered all our questions. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was at the street level so it was very noisy at night until around 2:30 am. Good location overall.

A really comfortable stay in a great location, within walking distance of all the tourist sights, history and architecture. The hotel is modern, with great amenities and really good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. All the hotel staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They also provided some helpful tips on great restaurants and were flexible on check-out.

Was ok as a base. We had a room with very small windows, so felt a bit trapped and a lack of daylight. Therefore spent a lot of time exploring. Good base option. Breakfast was good and staff worked hard and friendly.

Great place to stay

A nice hotel located within about a 10 minute walk to the main areas. Within 2 minutes walk there are also some restaurants and bars. The hotel room was nice and had everything we needed, however the smart feature didn’t seem to work on the TV which we wouldn’t have used if it was available. The shower was really nice and powerful, kettle and teas and coffee were provided though these were the cheapest kind. Aircon and adjustable heating provided. The room had a nice little window to the street but there was a little noise from the street below, just people passing though no music or anything constant. The staff were friendly and on hand to help.

I went with my girlfriend and stayed at One Shot Palacio for 3 nights. Our room was always clean, staff was very nice and welcoming, location is great (only about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral). The area around the hotel is great, I found it to be safe and with plenty of dining options/bars.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly. Our room was nice and the bathroom was lovely - great shower. However, the property is a little tired and not kept to a high standard. Their courtyard outside our room was dirty, with bird droppings covering the floor outside our room. The communal areas are nice looking but needed cleaning. Our room, at ground level, was right next to the road and the cars on the cobbles were very loud. There are better options than this hotel in Seville.
