The lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and orderly. Our room carpet was filthy, the shower enclosure leaked everywhere. There is only 1 outlet next to the bed located on one side only.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The site promised an airport shuttle. There was none. Grab bar in the tub was pulling out of yhe wall. This is dangerous. No amenities in the bathroom.

The staff was great and very helpful. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t great. The carpets are stained and we had to switch rooms because of cigarette smoke from another room coming into our room. In the other room we switched to, there was a problem with ants.

Quiet and near the airport for a quick overnight stay.

This is not the first time I stay at this hotel. About 2 years ago it was in a much better shape. It's as if they didn't keep up the maintenance. I think it's time to find a better deal elsewhere.

The description of this hotel offers airport transfer as an amenity. Upon arrival at the airport, I telephoned to find out how and where to get this transportation to the hotel. The person I spoke with was not that fluent in English, offered no advice. Taxis were not plentiful, and none wanted to take me the short distance. The airport was virtually empty with little assistance. I managed to share a ride with an English-speaking couple, who had pre-booked a ride. At the hotel, I requested a wake-up call for my pre-dawn flight, as well as a taxi. No call was forthcoming, nor was there anyone at the front desk. Fortunately, the driver appeared on time. For this, I was grateful to the receptionist. However, 24/7 reception was advertised but not a reality. The hotel was nice enough, would have been even better with the offering of bottled water and a coffee maker. List of amenities should be revised.

The room had a bad odor and we booked this hotel to also use the wellness (sauna and jacuzzi) but when we went down it was closed on Sunday and Mondays. Very disappointed, hotel facilities should be open everyday.

The property is only 10 min from the airport. Looks like a new hotel. It is generally used ONLY for those coming from or going to airport. Restaurant on location bar. Staff arranged a 04:15 taxi for us to airport for flight. Awesomely convenient.
