We stayed for 4 nights .we love Krakow . Great location short walk to main square. Lots of lovely places to eat in the square. 24hr supermarket opposite. Lovely friendly hotel staff very helpful. Very clean ,room serviced every day . Comfy bed ,exceptional pillows . We missed breakfast 1st morning and they did us a lovely packed breakfast/ lunch ,it was amazing . We would defo go back . We live in a very quiet place in the uk, we found the traffic outside very noisy at night .couldnt believe the amount of traffic at night ,doesn’t seem very busy in the day . We had a room on the street. Ear plugs are supplied in the room , which we used every night.

The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt safe at the hotel and walking around the area. The restaurant next to the hotel served good pasta/pizza. Easy bus ride from the airport & train station. Easy walk to the main area. Supermarkets near by for snacks. I recommend this hotel

Nice and clean rooms. Good food.

Small hotel, room was spacious, well decorated and the bathroom was big and relatively new. Staff pleasant. We chose a room with a balcony. Not much of view from the back of the hotel and there’s a bike rental business below, so if we returned we probably wouldn’t take this option. Only had the breakfast once, all you can eat cooked and buffet combination was very nice. Easy access to the Old Town, Castle etc and a 25 minute walk from Glowny Main Station. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel some 10 minutes walk from the central square in the Old Town. Would recommend it.

Great stay at hotel 32. Couldn't fault it, great location, staff helpful and very clean

Easy check in and very helpful with directions. We were in a loft room which was a good size, however did bang my head several times. Good location for walking into the old town and getting onto the trams. Baggage can be stored on arrival & departure which is very helpful. Would stay again

Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion

The hotel was clean and friendly people.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The city centre and tourist attractions were only a short walk. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Will definitely be coming back in the near future. Great city!
