Great hotel in a great location.

Proximity to various transportation options, staff (EVERY department) was excellent, with special mention of the check in/front desk team, even weeks before check in.

The location is absolutely perfect -walk a short block to the canals lined with gondolas and restaurants and incredible views. It’s right in the heart of the transport center too. The staff is very helpful and the stay couldn’t have been better.

Overall outstanding AC property, conveniently close to the Santa Lucia train station. Well designed, good size rooms, great shower, wonderful staff (especially Cosimo) and excellent $20 Euro buffet. For those not wanted to take a water taxi, if you have heavy luggage, it’s definitely a work out getting up the steps to cross the bridge. I would not recommend this for those not physically fit. About 10mins walk or so with heavy luggage. Otherwise, the street of Venice are right there to explore. Dinner at Osteria del Lovo is fantastic, about a 30min walk.

Very convenient access to airport and peninsula. Clean, convenient, comfortable and easy access by car to the hotel and elevator to room.

Property is very clean but rooms are too small. There is no space to open bags even. There was no AC so nights were very hot even after shutting down heat. Staff asked us to open windows. The windows does open on the street so anybody can come in. When I say open, it’s really open without any further barrier so it was not safe at night to keep it open. The breakfast buffet was good is the only positive point. Also, it is close to train station. In general, I would not recommend this hotel for this price. Not for families.

The customer service representative was by far the nicest we had met in Italy. He was very accommodating. Just the simple pleasure of having conditioner in the shower was amazing. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and completely worth it. Everything was within walking distance, a quick walk across the bridge and we had the most delicious gelato. This hotel couldn’t be more perfect. It may look a bit plain and rough from the outside, but you can’t judge a book by its cover. You can not beat the service offered here by hotel rep and restaurant staff. The best. I would definitely stay here again. And recommend it to any friend or family.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. The bar/dining room staff were wonderful. Nice small rooms but with a wall of light from the bathroom to the sleeping area.

Clean and layout of lobby had nice seating section.
