Fantastic property - apartments had everything you need for cooking and are also stylish and very clean. Nice quiet hotel very close to range of restaurants

Brilliant place to stay. Good: Both pools are lovely and relaxing. The complex itself is well maintained and very close to the beach/restaurants/bars/shops. The manager is very helpful. The room itself was great, very comfy bed and kitchen has everything needed including kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, plus aircon is included. Room was spotlessly clean when I arrived. Some small things could do with improvement: I had ants in my room. Only a couple at first but on the 4th day there were a lot, especially in the kitchen sink. I asked at reception if they had any spray and was told the cleaners would sort it, unfortunately they didn't so I ended up buying something from the supermarket. I found out from other guests it had also been a problem for the people in the room before me. The daily cleaning involved emptying bins, making the bed, mopping the bathroom floor, changing towels. Even after I reported the ants the apartment floor wasn't ever cleaned. The welcome letter also states bed sheets will be changed after 3 days, mine weren't changed at all in the week I was there. Overall the good outweighs the bad and I'd definitely return.

Very nice staff. Area surrounding hotel was not as expected. I don’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. VERY expensive for what you get.

Lovely place. Not exactly as described. The 2 baths were a shower room and en suite loo. Would be difficult if at max occupancy of six people. No lifts and not known in advance. 70+ stairs to accommodation. Staff were great. Very helpful

A charming place to stay with the staff and facilities ecellent. The accommodation beautiful and a little oasis in the heart of Agia Pelagia. Will definitely book again when i come to Crete.

Its a nice hotel.. Nothing special.. I certainly would not call it "luxury" as its name says. Having to constantly pay for drinks around the pool and bar is a hassle and a faff.. a luxury hotel would give you a tab.. room was clean, staff friendly

Very relaxing environment and helpful staff

Very nice and helpful staff. They allow guests drop their bags and to remain in the pool area or elsewhere outside the hotel and shower after checkout. This was extremely convenient, as I had a later flight. It allowed me to take full advantage of the last day. I loved the apartment. It felt like a home away from home.

Amazing stay at Seascapes, they were very accommodating to our requests and the staff was very tentative. The massage was 10/10! We would definitely recommend Seascapes!

The location of this property was great. It was super close to dining, shops and beach access. The front desk was attentive and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

Wonderful stay for 5 days. Staff are fantastic and the virw from our balcony was wonderful. The room is really nice - clean modern and well equipped small kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. We had one of the top of the hill suites - the benefit being the view but if you dont want to climb a lot if steep stairs request the lower ones by the two pools ( we didn’t mind the climb at all ). There is private parking which is a plus, Google maps is a bit of a problem in directing you but the hotel has put signs on the turns all the way from the main road which really helped. One if the best things is we had a evening retreat flight, the hotel will ket you hold bags do you can still use the pool / bar etc and they akso provided a shower/ toiletries/ towels and changing room which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for both location, quality/ value for money and the wonderful staff.

I booked Seascapes for a week in May 2024 - and was so impressed that I extended my stay for another five days! I can't fault anything: the rooms and amenities are superb, but overall it was the staff that made my stay hugely enjoyable and memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Iannis, Eva, Santino and others for being so welcoming, kind, humorous and for making me feel as if I was at home away from home. I would return tomorrow without hesitation if I could! Elora x

Seascape is a beautiful place, as are the people that run it! The staff are fabulous, town and surroundings excellent, and the accommodation flawless to every detail, we had a fantastic week and would love to return. Fantastic hospitality on a beautiful island, at seascape you’re treated like a VIP. Thank you to Yiannis and the team for a very special holiday, we’re missing you already!

The best thing was that all our expectations were met or exceeded at Seascape. It’s every bit as lovely as it looks on social media. Our apartment was great with a lovely partial sea view. We did need to walk up 75 steps to get to it but we didn’t mind and there are plenty of others without steps. The bar and snack area was lovely and very reasonably priced. Great cocktails too! Yiannis and his team were so friendly and the place is kept so clean and maintained. We hired a car for a few days and were given access to the parking area. We had massages in the spa which I’d highly recommend. The pools are clean and the beds are comfy. Towels and robes are provided. The attention to detail is great. I have no hesitation in recommending Seascape.
