Lovely location if you like quiet.

I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous.

Very nice stay here, really enjoyed it.

Great hotel, in a nice quiet area but also close enough to walk to and from the town centre. Staff, facilities and cleanliness were all superb.

Amazing view, can see the ocean in front of you from the balcony. Facilities were good - pool, spa, gym. Food was decent and varied, but not amazing. Room was large, modern with some nice touches. However, for the price it lacked the quality that I expected from a 4* hotel. Our drain smelled a little when showering and the shower flooded when on full power. On our last night the whole dining room smelled like sewage for some reason (staff gave no explanation). At times the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, especially when taking drinks orders in the restaurant.

We loved our stay in The Atlantic mirage Hotel. The service was great the staff amazing. The room was cleaned daily to a great standard. Food was great. The hotel is over an hour away from Tenerife South Airport but the shuttle service and taxis are great.

I could hardly sleep - the hotel is located at the main pub street and the blinds were insufficient to keep the light from the bright neon signs outside dark. Also, there was a lot of noise - even in the morning from the bakery across the street.

As mentioned, the property does not have any onsite parking lot. The area around the property is apparently public parking. I had to park several blocks away after a day of site seeing, not a big deal for me, just something to keep in mind. The staff and the property itself was wonderful.

We have had an amazing stay. Staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel was amazing super clean and up to date. Great view from the hotel and great breakfast selection.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous penthouse bar with a lovely view, and a lovely swimming pool for grown-ups only. Very likely to return.

Great spot. Facilities are fab, spa in particular is so relaxing. The staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. We will return to this hotel
