The beach was terrible. The rest was great.

It was good overall but customer service lacked in some cases.

Internet extremely slow, only able to connect 2 devices. TV froze often limited channels in English. Staff was excellent, grounds well kept NO BEACH!!!

Recommend this property. Comparing to other resorts that my family were in Playa Del Carman and Akumal, this property has great benefits such as cleanliness, safety, 3 in 1 package and a lot of choice of dining. Only con is literally no swimmable beach.

Its a beautiful property. Staff is lovely. So many great options for activities. Quiet pools to party pools. Anything obe could want for entertainment. Super fun love music nightly. Yes yacht rock. But so fu.

Very clean, good food and drinks, excellent staff and service. This is a group of 3 resorts, and you have access at all of them. Multiple restaurants, also they have their own marina.

The entire experience of this resort was top notch, had a fabulous time!

Grounds were nicely manicured

Loved the luxury! We had platinum. It gave us access to lounges and a butler. Our butler Hugo was fabulous! Food was delicious and never had long waits. Infinity pool was awesome. Wear lots of sunscreen.

Property was good ,fly was terrible,never get good seats by Expedia reservation

The staff made the property. Everyone that worked there was amazing. Getting dinner reservations were practically impossible. Alot of the property and next to the property had loud construction.

Second time staying at this property, we love the food and customer service.

Everything was perfect, nice people, amazing food, safe and huge rooms. I would recommend everyone to spend time with there family and friends on this beautiful resort.

Having multiple options for restaurants was really convinient and superb! Maybe the beach wasn't the best, but still was enough.

Great food, like the hotel territory.

Food and facilities were fantastic, friendly staff Only down side was a lot of construction at and around the hotel. Paying $60USD for wifi was not great you would think that would be included in an all inclusive

We got placed next to an extremely loud couple complained numerous times and asked to be moved they didn’t do anything to help. My children are traumatized and never want to go to Mexico again.

Beautiful property and everything was great except the hidden fees I had to pay at check in.

Just finished our week stay at ventus resort and cant say enough about the amazing staff, food, and experience that we had. Diego, Albaro and Sal were some of our favorites! They went above and beyond to make our stay very special and were always there to help with anything we needed. The resort is really big, and it is fun just getting lost around the place and finding all of the hidden gems on the resort. Truly a top notch experience and a super clean resort. Thank you all at ventus for making our stay unforgettable
