TRS Coral was more than we expected however I like there are options if we want to bring the family.

The stay here was so nice. The room was luxurious and the staff was so nice and amazing. Highly recommend!

My trip was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, Bryan and Ayden went above and beyond to make me feel welcome; Bryan was particularly outstanding and knowledgeable about TRS, with a warm personality! They took the time to thoroughly orient me to the resort, ensuring I was comfortable with the facilities and amenities. They also handled a couple of special requests with efficiency and genuine care, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Throughout my visit, I felt completely safe and well looked after, thanks to their attention and professionalism. I’d also like to commend Raul, the pool waiter. He was wonderful, always attentive, communicative, and ready with a joke or a smile. His friendly and humorous personality added a delightful touch to my poolside experience. Last but not least David was excellent at the Japanese restaurant. He was funny, engaging and responsive to the others added requests. Our Hibachi table was way more fun than the one next us. The hotel was a mix of quiet and lively without a party vibe. Overall, the staff’s exceptional service made my trip memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Luxurious property, modern and clean. Great service and delicious food! Our butlers Windam and Misa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Brayan on the beach kept our drinks coming :)

The hotel is very nice but the room shown on Expedia does not match the actual room type. The photos are not accurate and the Junior Swim up faces the the pool is actually called a Seaside Swim up. We had to upgrade rooms and change which left us without a room for half a day. The Seaside Swim up was a perfect location and really nice. There are plenty of employees around but all designated for very specific tasks and when asked for help they say they will get someone, but that often did not happen. The food was the biggest disappointment and was with most we spoke to. However, the butler was good, housekeeping was good, the room was perfect location to get service from the swim up.

Such a wonderful trip. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The food varies but I don’t expect 5 star dining at an AI, I expect it to be good, and filling and readily available. If you can’t find something you enjoy to eat here you can’t find it anywhere. We had a swim up room and upgraded to the premium experience which gave us access to the Travel Club areas which was nice to experience those areas. There isn’t a lot of chair chasing here as there are plenty available at every turn. We enjoyed being poolside in the morning and going to the swim-up in the afternoon. It’s a beautiful resort but what really makes it special for us are the people. Lillian at the front desk was amazing and so happy to help us. Pool butlers Alex and Michael, went above and beyond to make sure we got as much or little sun as we needed. Jaime helped us make our spa reservations and was a pleasure to speak to at the pool. Soto the resort chef came to check on us several times and made us special desserts for our anniversary’s. Room butlers Windam and Misa were so helpful making our reservations and checking on us every day. They got us golf carts to activities and made sure we got everything we needed! The Chic cabaret is fun it includes a special dinner/show their entertainment staff is top notch! We also did a painting on hats activity that was enjoyed by everyone and we got to wear them for the rest of our trip. The POP entertainment staff keep the fun flowing. We will return!

I love swim up rooms, food from the specialty restaurants, the friendly service. I really enjoyed the spa treatment. I really liked the waiters from Capricho, Victor, Joseu and Juan. From El Guacho Jose was great.

absolutely loved everything about this resort, the room, the restaurants, the gym ,the staff, the hotel is beautiful and you get your own butler. Well, definitely be going back. My partner and I were staying on the adult side but we also had access to the family side.

Beautiful

The resort provides butler services. Ivan went out of his way to meet our needs. He established rapport with us quickly, checked on us daily, and double checked with us when a request was made. The resort provided delicious food and beverages in easy to access locations. The swimming area cleanliness was maintained even in busy times. We would definitely go there again.

Returning customer. Loved the hotel, paradise for sure. Staff are some of the best in the business. Will definitely be back

Great resort

Some rude people in the lobby looking at my chest when we were waiting for transportation. Bad quality of food, one of us has got food poisoning in the beginning of the first day, the hotel’s doctor said is traveller diarrhea and we believed it but after the 500 us dollar’s medication, is not become better and when we get back to Toronto, we went to the emergency immediately, which the final result is not traveller diarrhea. Limited entertainment, limited food, limited service, bad app experiences, bedding is not clean, we thought the bedding will be changed at least once two day or something, but I can tell is never been changed. 90%of the restaurants need reservation, everyone need to reserve from the moment they arrive the hotel, even with that time, some of the restaurants are not available for the following 5 days. Not the first time in Cancún, but this is the worse, never going to go there any more.

Two weeks after returning from my stay, I’m even more disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was breathtaking—one of the best I’ve ever stayed in—but the overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The food was terrible; room service was the worst I’ve ever had, making the private pool in my room feel pointless when the meals were so poor. The drinks were low-quality, commercial-grade at best, far below what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. While the staff service was excellent, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly disorganized, something I’ve never felt the need to mention before. A warning for Expedia buyers: the hotel offers airport transportation, but this service is inexplicably unavailable to those who don’t book directly. At $900 per day, I expected far more—this price can secure a vastly superior experience anywhere in the world. I won’t be returning.
