Very clean and great location, lots of space inside apartment and very happy overall. Staff was nice and helpful. It was very loud at night facing the plaza with sirens and trash trucks, but we were able to sleep through most of it.

Great location next to El Rasta Sunday market. Easy access to metro and short walk to gran via and retiro park. Apartments were clean and well appointed although one of our apartments was not the type we reserved. Modern touches with a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo

Very nice hotel apartment at the centre of madrid. Everything within walking distance such as, shops, restaurants, Plaza Myor, Famous landmarks etc.

The apartment was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were courteous and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and it had the best shower!!

This is an excellent place to stay in Madrid. You just cannot beat the location. It’s our second time to stay there and will probably stay there again next time we’re in Madrid.

My family enjoyed the hotel. Very convenient to Plaza Mayor and walking around the city. Immediately located next to two grocery stores and other shopping. Also, very friendly staff!

Effective kitchen, clean room.

This is a great, very spacious and confortable apartment close to all of the places to visit, including the Metro (across the street). It also has a supermarkets on each side. At night, it can get noisy due to the restaurants near by but didn’t keep us wake at night.

The apartment was very centrally n conveniently located. The place was clean and the facilities provided meet all of our needs. High recommended for travellers.

LITERALLY, FROM THE MOMENT I BOOKED THE PROPERTY EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. WEEKS BEFORE I ARRIVED I HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH NURIA ON WHAT THE ROOM WAS LIKE AND WHAT MY PREFERENCES WERE FOR ROOM TYPE AND FLOOR. WHEN I ARRIVED, MY ROOM WAS NOT ONLY READY FOR EARLY CHECK-IN, BUT NURIA INFORMED ME OF PLACES TO VISIT AND WHERE TO GET PHONE NETWORK SET UP AND GROCERIES. DURING MY ENTIRE STAY, NURIA AND VIVIANA AT THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION WERE NOTHING LESS THAN 100 PERCENT KIND, AVAILABLE AND EFFICIENT IN ATTENDING TO THE LITTLE THINGS I NEEDED OR INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO USE THE A/C OR STOVE OR OTHERWISE. THE HANDYMAN CARLO, WAS ALSO VERY KIND AND ALSO HELPED TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE WASHER ETC. VIVIANA AND CARLO ALSO SHOWED MY SOME OF THE OTHER UNITS ON THE PROPERTY, SO THAT WHEN I VISIT NEXT TIME I HAVE A CLEARER IDEA OF FLOOR PLANS AVAILABLE FOR MULTIPLE OCCUPANTS. THE MH APARTMENTS ARE BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST WEEK-LONG PLACES TO STAY IN. I WOULD STAY EVEN LONGER IF I HAD MORE VACATION TIME. THE PREMISES IS VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT EL TIRSO DE MOLINO 15, IN MADRID, MAKING IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR EITHER WALKING TO, OR TAKING THE METRO, OR BUS, OR UBER TO SEVERAL CITY ATTRACTIONS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING THERE WHENEVER I GO TO MADRID, NOT JUST BECAUSE OF THE GREAT AMENITIES, GREAT SOUND-PROOFING FROM CITY NOISE, GREAT AND SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS, AND SAFETY; BUT MOSTLY BECAUSE NURIA, VIVIANA AND CARLO AND ALL THE CLEANING STAFF MADE IT A VERY WARM AND WELCOMING PLACE! KEEP IT UP!!

Very clean and neat room. The stay package was super convenient and included dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and other essentials. The staff were lovely and professional, and they helped us with check-in even though we arrived late. The location is amazing, Carrefour and Lidl are literally right next door. It’s about an 8-minute walk to central SOL station, easy to get everywhere. Also, their shower gel and shampoo smell just like Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin.

This was a great hotel! Great location walking distance to pretty much everything, I felt safe in this area, it was clean and modern touch to it, I definitely recommend!

Nice location and clean!

Located on a beautiful little plaza with many shops and cafes. The Metro and bus lines operate right outside the front door. Spacious, clean rooms with great views. Will definitely stay there again. Highly Recommend!
