Rooms needs a refresh, overall good

Restful place!

Great location great service only missing water bottles in the room .they should provide complimentary water for each guest in their room.

The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026

I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel.

Clean, quiet room of adequate size. TV was limited and difficult to work, but not used much. Minimal amenities in the room but adequate. Breakfast great for Chile. Staff available and knowledgable.

Me hospedé en el Hotel Capital Bellet en Santiago y tuve una excelente experiencia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, con una decoración muy bonita y una ubicación perfecta para recorrer la ciudad caminando. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar muy cómodo y recomendable al que volvería.

Hotel Capital Bellet was very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful in giving directions to local interests. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. We found an amazing seafood restaurant 2 blocks from our hotel...El Ancla Providencia. Amazing food. Every dish was exceptional. We ate there 3 nights in a row, ordering different dishes each night - truly exceptional food. Delicious!

The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning.

This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago.

Excellent customer service by The front desk staff , they answered all my questions, gave me information regarding activities and attractions nearby , they called a taxi to the airport, I will stay at Capital Bellet next trip to chile

Great service from staff (front desk, restaurant waitwra and cleaning staff) . My room was nice. Bathroom was clean but a little samll. (I got used to it quickly). Location was great! I felt safe. Great restaurants, bars and stores near by. Metro and bus stops also are nearby.

It was very nice staff .Rooms were very clean ans spacious. Quiet nights .cero drama. Love to stay again.

Room was clean But air cond was noisy and not cold enough Only one lift is working so each time going up and down will take very long to service all the guest. On the second day, the room and toilet had a “drain” smell, it went off after we took shower.

Excellent staff on front desk. Leant me a phone charger. Clean room. Strong powerful shower. Would stay again. Good price. In the middle of two metro stops. Each one about a 7 min walk away.
