The experience was absolutely amazing from check in to adults only pool / pool bar / buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) my fav part was the grill option! Not over crowded at all! Will for sure go back again!

Good Time, But Not a 5-Star Experience Overall, we had a good time, but this is not a true 5-star resort. Food was average, and room service was basically non-existent. The animation team and drinks were great—big plus there. However, the pushy club membership salesperson was a turn-off. It’s a decent 4-star experience, but definitely falls short in some key areas.

Food was good. Staff was excellent! We got a corner room on the 6th floor and the view was amazing.

Had an amazing honeymoon at this all inclusive resort! The staff was so hospitable and made our stay special. Yummy food, fun entertainment, and comfortable accommodations!

I loved my room here at Iberostar, room service was always quick, never had issues with cleanliness either. I will say that every bar was always missing stuff to make mixed drinks which were on their main menu. Bartenders were always friendly! Excursions booked through concierge are always trustworthy, but they are pricier than booking through the actual companies. Always book excursions with transportation Theyre always on time and super friendly; you also sometimes ride with others who are going to the same spot and they’re almost always super friendly & are from other resorts.

We're beyond the moon with our current stay. From the many food choices, action-packed pool activities, all the staff, evening entertainment, this place has it all. Yeah, the seaweed was a bit of an eyesore, but still, there were open spots to enter the ocean and chill. To make the most of your stay, I highly recommend trying out all the restaurants. Take advantage of the aqua fitness classes, gym, beach volleyball, etc. Staying at the Coral gives you more freedom and you get access to both properties. And a huge bonus every staff member was bilingual in English and Spanish!

Had a fantastic trip overall. Staying in the Coral Level is definitely worth it. The staff was fantastic and really made the trip feel luxurious. Also the food options were great, plenty of options. If we ever make it back to Cancun this will be our choice.

Overall good hotel infrastructure, services and excellent staff. Can improve the quality and variety of the food at their “by reservation” restaurants. I recommend staying at this hotel.

My friends and I spent 5 days here and we loved every second of it. The beach was just a few steps in front. We also loved the buffet which had a hugee selection of food, even gluten friendly. We ate steak and seafood everyday. The all-inclusive is worth the money. I would come back here again in the future
