Good clean visit

This is nice hotel Friendly staff Available parking Internet Comfortable bed

We really liked the location and amenities. However their customer service wasn’t great. They originally placed us in the wrong room. And there was no AC or fans available. The pool area is great but closes for kids at 8pm. The play area for kids is great. Rooms are spacious.

The team and the facilities at the hotel were great

Soft and lumpy mattress. Very uncomfortable. Hotel turns off AC at 10 pm, even during hot weather.

The hotel is in a good location. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The a la carte dinner looked promising but the taste and service were a big disappointment.

Nice hotel convenient to shopping area. They were a few faults in the room but otherwise all in all everything worked fine breakfast was great Wi-Fi was working

The hotel was very big. Great underground parking. Staff were very nice. We booked a Mountain View room. We loved our room. So big and we had a balcony to sit on and take in the Mountain Views. Breakfast had a huge selection but I’m a picky eater so I barely ate anything. My husband loved the breakfast.
