Nice clean hotel in a good location. Parking is €14 per night which is quite dear. Optional paid street parking outside the hotel. Breakfast options are very minimal and doesn’t suit many dietary requirements. Asked for a glass of milk and towels and was told to come pick it up myself from the lobby as there was one staff on shift. Came downstairs and there were more than 2 on shift. Good location.

There was no place to put things from luggage like a dresser or shelf in closet. Food was wonderful but breakfast was the only available option in the hotel. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Basic room. Clean. Good quiet location. Easy access to metro. No safe locker. Some bottled drinking water would be much appreciated.

Hotel so great for last night stay before flying back. I wouldn’t select the hotel if the purpose was to visit Lisbon

Good property to stay for few days

We liked everything about this hotek but the excellent service from the reception and breakfast room staff was outstanding. We got prompt and professional assistance for anything we asked for. The hotel is still fairly new and located in an area of Lisbon that has every convenience one would want in terms of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. It was a ten Euro cab ride to the airport and the cost of the hotel was very competitive for the qulity. We are seniors so we resarch everything.

From friendly staff to well cleaned rooms the breakfast was excellent and the hotel is located in a quiet respectable part of Lisbon the metro underground is 5 minutes walk you won't go wrong with this hotel

Great welcome from the team, clean and tidy room, very helpful staff, and the breakfast was great. Convenient hotel for travel to and from the airport, and also for mainline trains - I stayed for the Lisbon half marathon, as did others at the hotel, and it worked very well for that.

I had to cancel my airline trip. Hotel would not refund my money or offer a credit for future stay.

Excellent option for those consider a hotel with breakfast included.

The property is located close to the main metro line to the airport for easy access to and from the airport. Fabulous breakfast included.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly. The location gives you access to public transportation and good restaurants. In a scale 1-10 I can give a solid 10.
