Staff is friendly. Need to clean the swimming pool more often. Breakfast is good. Need more lights in the bathroom… Kids are happy and need to sell snacks in the swimming pool.

This was my second stay here and I was delighted. The room was spacious, big enough for four people. There's a pool and beach access.

location situation is good, unfortunately not well maintained.

The staff are friendly and quick to respond when asked for assistance. The room provides an extra bed. However, the bathroom roof leaks in two places above the toilet and near the shower. The hotel environment is beautiful but a bit dirty because of lots of fallen leaves. The waterboom has several slides that cannot be used because they are dry. The swimming pool needs maintenance because it is dirty, even the current pool has dirt that has settled at the bottom. The beach is not big, but because it is a lagoon, it is relatively safe for playing in the water as long as the tide is not high.

I subscribe to staycations at this hotel, I always stay here when I go to Anyer.

CS is not cooperative in providing prayer time

Always a regular for holidays every year, hopefully the gym and tennis court will be available for the next holiday.

The welcoming staff were not very friendly. Car keys had to be left at the reception because there was no parking available in the same building. So you had to wait if you wanted to travel. The AC in the room was not cold. The room was poorly maintained. It even smelled of dust. However, the service for children's entertainment was very good. There were tours for children such as mini golf, etc. Hopefully the service and room cleanliness can be improved further, especially when there are many visitors. Thank you.

Three years ago (2022), I stayed here and it was still okay. Each room had a kitchenette, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel area was also clean. Yesterday, I decided to stay here again because I was bringing my own baby, so I prepared to bring my own cooking ingredients for baby porridge. But then I found out the kitchenette was gone. When I entered the room, the floor was all sandy and sticky. My feet had been stomped on. The pillows and blankets on the spring bed were all stained yellow and smelly. The window curtains were all ripped! The tables and all the room furnishings were dusty. The hotel area was also incredibly dirty, with the swimming pool covered in dirt. The staff also had very little knowledge of their jobs. When I wanted to order food, I was asked what I was using and they said, "I don't know." When I wanted to pay, I was also asked how much it cost and they said, "I don't know, I'll ask later." THE ESSENCE IS THIS HOTEL IS SO DIRTY. It's better to close it down if you don't want to be taken care of. Honestly, I was really disgusted when I stayed here yesterday!

The restaurant atmosphere is nice but the room is not very clean, there are lots of dust spots.

The hotel is old, dark, with many broken lights, and outdated electronics, but they still work. The pool, however, is dirty. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. It's busy during peak season, so it's not too scary.

The atmosphere is calm, the place, the ocean view are beautiful... It's just a shame that the beach area gets really dark after 6 PM. It's nice to sit back and relax and enjoy the ocean, just from noon until 6 PM.

The parking Is far enough from reception, need to improve

Apart from the OLD AND BROKEN BULUK AC, everything else is okay, it's quite good
