This was our first and definitely our last stay at this resort due to the extremely disappointing experience. I booked two rooms for my family. Unfortunately, both rooms had significant issues that should have been identified before guest check-in. Firstly, the shower in treehouse 1 only had hot water as the cold-water tap was jammed and could not be turned on. After reporting the issue, we had to wait more than 30 minutes before a technician arrived to repair it. Such a basic maintenance problem should have been detected and resolved before the room was assigned to guests. Secondly, the staircase lamp leading up to the treehouse 2 was not functioning. This created a serious safety concern, especially as I was traveling with children. After logging a complaint, I waited in another room with my kids for more than an hour while expecting an update from the resort staff. Unfortunately, no one contacted us regarding the status of the repair, nor did anyone inform us if the issue could not be resolved. My children eventually fell asleep while waiting. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I only found out that the issue could not be fixed after personally asking a security guard who happened to pass by. This reflects negligence on the resort's part regarding guest safety. The staircase leading to the treehouse remained unlit from approximately 7 PM until 10:30 PM while we were out for dinner and later needed to access the room. It is concerning that no staff appeared to notice or address such an obvious safety hazard. While the room itself had lighting, the staircase used to access the treehouse remained dark, a significant risk to guests, particularly families with children. Although the security guard offered to escort us to Room 2 using a flashlight, I declined because I did not feel it was safe; there was a genuine risk of slipping or falling due to the lack of lighting. As a result, six of us had to squeeze into room 1 despite having paid for 2 rooms.

Wrong information through your website. The room bed type actual is single bed, but your website shown twin bed.

I came with my family. The cabin smells awfull. Bed was not clean. Linen has a red stain on it. The floor felt sandy. The cabin had nothing in it. Except for fridge, chair and bed. The food choice was poor. They did not refill the food when requested. Their excuse is the food already finish. My mom did not have her meals. Quite disappointed with the experience. Overall the stay was terrible but the staff were friendly.

It's fun. Enjoy beautiful nature. The kids enjoyed a bath in the natural swimming pool.

More close to nature. Just that people can easily sneak in if you put things in the cabin. The food is nice.

For it would be better ... there is a vehicle that serves to bring guests to the cabin. I remember yesterday brought parents and little distress to go up to where we were staying. and yesterday we booked a room air conditioner, it turns the AC was not functioning. Constraints we place communication with the receptionist, because where we were staying just far enough from the front desk. should be provided to the receptionist's telephone line.
