Room was comfortable, big enough for 2 people. My nephew was very happy because the pool is quite large and not too deep. The location is superb, you can find many cafes, restaurants, street food, etc. nearby. The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful. Thanks for the hard work. However, the bathroom and towel need maintenance and improvement.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to government offices and several universities. There are many food stalls nearby.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, I arrived at 3:00 PM and the room still wasn't ready. I booked a queen bedroom on the app, but when I got there, the receptionist said the queen bedroom was empty, only to find a twin bedroom. I had already booked a room for three on the app (one child, 5 years old), so imagine how I would have slept. I was really annoyed because I was tired and had deliberately arrived late in the afternoon so I could go straight in and rest. What should have been a larger room on the upper floor, ended up being given a room directly in front of the reception and smaller, which is definitely a different price. In my opinion, cleanliness was also lacking because I found insects several times. Sorry, but this was my bad experience while booking a hotel. Thank you.

The atmosphere near the hotel behind Gedung Sate, passing Jalan Cisangkuy, it turns out there is a street mall, quite nice, I wanted to go to Gedung Sate, but ended up shopping instead.

Back here for a short trip. As always, when I go to Bandung, I'll stay at Amaris Cimanuk
