Great experience! Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hekal in the executive lounge. Variety and delicious foods. Perfect facilities, including the pool for my kids. Room very clean and smelled very nice. Deserves 5 stars. Suggest adding Malaysian 'kueh mueh' for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice and tasty. However, I had a little bad experience during checkout. I tried to call the careline many times but got no answer. I had to go down by myself to ask for assistance for luggage transfer to the lobby.

Parking is at B2 and complimentary for hotel guests. The hotel is in the mall, easy access to the food court, groceries, and shopping. The room is spacious with a nice romantic ambiance, super clean, and soundproof, with a super comfy bed. The toilet is super clean. Conditioner and shampoo are the best; my hair is so smooth. I came to this hotel for the breakfast vibe, actually. Not really too many choices and not really up to my expectation. The hotel provides a combination of Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Western cuisine. The masala tea is the best for me. Even the teh tarik there cannot compete with the masala tea.

close to everywhere and pleasant, lots of food

The hotel staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. There's plenty of food and a supermarket at Intermark Mall. It's close to other malls. Luckily, we got the connecting room we wanted. We'll definitely return to the Double Tree Hotel.

Strategic location, right next to the mall. The room is clean. However, the amenities are incomplete. The drinking water isn't bottled, but refillable, which can be a bit daunting for those unfamiliar with it. This isn't a problem, except it's a bit of a hassle having to buy your own. Overall, it's okay for a stay.

A great place to stay at KLCC, the breakfast was plentiful and very good.

Check in was a breeze and the staff were really warm and friendly! Room was spacious, definitely exceeded my expectations there. However, some spaces or areas in the hotel may look a little dated, and a little off from how I’d imagine Hilton properties would be. Nonetheless, for the price, it’s definitely value for money!
