The inconvenience began on December 3, 2025. There was a notice on the second floor stating that there would be an event until 11:30 PM. It was incredibly noisy and lasted beyond the hours stated in the hotel's notice, preventing me from sleeping (the noise was extremely disturbing, as it penetrated into my room).
Then, the next day, Thursday, December 4, 2025, at around 8:48 AM, I had breakfast, but it was incredibly crowded, and there were no restaurant staff to refill food, clean glasses, or even find seats for me and the other hotel guests. None were at their stations, and those who were present were all indifferent.
My suggestion: If you are hosting a group of guests from government or private institutions, like we did on December 4, 2025, brief the staff and prepare them beforehand so things run smoothly and avoid chaos like that day.
