I really enjoyed staying here. It's close to everything, and it's easy to find food or shop. The staff are very friendly, and we even got a room upgrade. 😍 I've stayed here twice with my family.

I was satisfied with my stay here. The food was delicious, but the phone sound was really low.

The empty bath soap wasn't refilled, and the empty Nescafe coffee wasn't refilled either, only refilled after calling the front desk. Perhaps the housekeeping supervisor didn't double-check her staff's work, as these are actually simple matters.

The hotel was okay, but don't expect much. No welcome drink upon arrival, and the room was a bit of a letdown. The bed is fine, but the pillows are so stiff and not comfy at all. Also, the walls are super thin, you can hear everything in the corridor. Standard rooms have no windows. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. Helpful staff and location. There’s a food court downstairs, Alfamart next door, and Tunjungan Plaza is literally right there. Super strategic, but the room itself is just meh.
