Stayed here two nights during the flood, brought a toddler and the service was still good.

Well, during the flood many people stayed overnight but the staff didn't mind and remained friendly.

The hotel windows don't have locks, the room lock is also broken. The pillows and mattresses are not clean, plus the parking is not safe for vehicles. Anyway, not recommended 😒.

There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. The towels are torn, breakfast is ready at 9 to 11

The receptionist who is erratic in nature cannot compromise even though we open two rooms in the hotel! And want to add one more room! But not allowed to receive guests! Even if guests only come to visit and come back!

Dulub when staying there still can mineral water facilities along with coffee and tea, tissue. Last stay there were not all facilities, other according to standards.
