I checked into the hotel early in the morning, and it turned out my room reservation didn't include breakfast, so there's not much I can say about this question. Overall, though, it was good. The only thing I found a bit lacking was the parking lot, which was a bit cramped.

The staff was very friendly, and I received a surprise birthday cake request. Management even surprised my son with a birthday cake. Cleanliness could be improved; some of the restaurant's glasses were chipped and still in use. The menu wasn't extensive or varied, and the taste was mediocre.

Very satisfied, next time I will stay again.

It's pretty nice. It's quite affordable, and it's clean. The toilet, however, takes a while to flush. Otherwise, it's fine.

For a 4-star theme, it seems like the food is way off... Stayed 2 nights (Saturday-Sunday). There was an egg station on Saturday, but not on Sunday. There was no cereal for breakfast, so I was confused about what to eat. All the breads or pastries were also very limited, and they weren't refilled. I'm a bit confused about where the 4-star rating comes from.

I booked two rooms. The first room had no AC remote or bath mat. The second room was hot, and the AC remote couldn't be adjusted. The problem was resolved after we reported it to the front desk, and it was immediately addressed. Perhaps if the hotel were to renovate, they would remove the carpet in the room, as I'm sorry, but it looks dirty. The bathroom toilet lid had also been removed from the bolts, so it wasn't stuck. The point is, renovations are definitely needed. I stayed on August 16th.

The hotel staff, especially the female front desk staff, were very kind and supportive. It was my first time traveling alone, and they were very friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you.

The extra charge for breakfast is very expensive compared to the variety and taste of the food.

The room was clean, carpeted, and spacious, accommodating five people with children. The bathroom was clean, with working hot water. The Wi-Fi was good, and it was quite a bargain for a deluxe room.

The facilities are according to the price, only the AC is not cold enough and when contacting CS, it was answered but no one followed up to the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of menu options. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel's strategic location makes it perfect for both vacations and business trips. Location: Located in Bandung's Old Town area, and the front side of the hotel even retains its original classic architecture. Surrounded by lush, leafy trees, it is comfortable and not excessively hot. While there are street food stalls nearby, many of them close during the evening. Service & Facilities: WiFi from the room connected but not stable; sometimes I can connect to video streaming service, but most of the time failed. Parking area too narrow, dark and dirty. There are two elevators but only one is working. Good thing the hall to the room is clean and neat. Room comfort: The room is very spacious for the price paid, but it clearly shows its age. The desk/vanity drawer couldn't close fully. The distance between the TV and the bed is quite far—good for walking around, but because the TV screen is quite small, watching it was uncomfortable. The TV channel selection is very limited, with nothing interesting to watch. The sofa bed was dirty, thin, and visibly torn in a few places. The bathroom is tight, and the sink tap is loose. The toilet didn't flush properly at first; engineering did a quick fix after I complained, but it took them forever to come up. The AC is noisy both on and off, with no real change in room temperature. Lastly, the main door doesn't open fully without dragging against the floor. Cleanliness: I requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled heavily of smoke upon arrival. The room was extremely dim, and the bed sheets had visible stains in several spots upon closer inspection. Breakfast: I arrived at 6 AM—usual breakfast time for most hotels—but no food was out yet. The cleaning staff mentioned it starts at 6 and was still being set up. Dishes came out one by one, but as I was already annoyed, I barely ate. The taste was pretty average and nothing special. When checking out, they asked me how breakfast went. I answered 'bad, there was no food available at 6 AM.' The front desk told me that breakfast actually starts at 7 AM. So I replied, 'Why didn't anyone tell me that when I checked in?' Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. Luckily, I only stopped by for one night for an errand, rather than a staycation or holiday.
