Stayed 1 night with family. Initially given room 307 (3rd floor non-smoking). Twin type (because originally booked this type). As soon as I entered the room, the atmosphere was okay (AC was cold, TV was on and there were quite a lot of TV channels). It was just a bit unfortunate that the cloth on top of the blanket looked like it needed to be replaced. It was torn. Or better not to use it. There was no water heater. And when I wanted to charge my phone, all the plugs didn't work. I immediately reported it to the receptionist. They suggested moving to a smoking room. But because I had a toddler with me, I refused. Finally, I asked the receptionist if there was another non-smoking room and if possible not on the 3rd floor (it was also suffocating climbing stairs + carrying things because there was no elevator hehe). They said there was one downstairs but the room was upgraded, adding 50k. Before making the deal, I was allowed to see the room first (1st floor right next to the receptionist). And yes, this upgraded room was better. Everything was okay. Finally got a deal (but still no water heater, which is okay). Got free snacks and coffee/tea in the morning. Overall, okay. Thanks.

There was no confirmation from the hotel, so we got lost and ended up staying overnight, just staying in the dark. We couldn't get through to the hotel by phone either.

It seems like this hotel was once bustling and attractive, with some of its ambiance and amenities still remaining, though some are starting to wear out. Hopefully, when we visit Aryuka again, it will have regained its former hustle and bustle, so I can review it in detail. Ample parking and excellent access, directly off the ring road.

Overall, it's okay for the price. The AC wasn't cold enough, perhaps because the room is quite large and full of windows, allowing plenty of sunlight. However, the AC needs more maintenance. Cleanliness is also adequate: towels, bar soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. A Quran and prayer mat are also provided in the room. Unfortunately, the hot water doesn't work.

First, we were given a room with hot air conditioning (even though I'd requested a cooler room in the notes). We were allowed to move, but it still wasn't cool. Worse, there were cockroaches in the mattress, under the blankets, and they were flying around.

The location is also strategically located in the city center and very easy to reach, close to tourist attractions and culinary spots, so finding snacks and food is just a walk away. If not, I can order GoFood. Highly recommended, if I go to Jogja, I will definitely book accommodation here. Keep up the quality, don't change.

The hotel isn't very big, but it's very comfortable. The room smells nice and is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, and the hot water works. Overall, it's okay.

Stay here again for transit. Clean room, towels, bed & pillows are all clean. Staff service is also good. Just hope if there could be hot water, it would be very helpful to fight the cold of the rainy season. Overall okay & recommended 👍

The location of the inn is near the ring road and the parking lot is quite spacious (all outdoor). For the room, the AC is cold and the hot water works well. But the room has small cockroaches and the bathroom smells, probably from the drain. The sheets and pillowcases are also stained. Hopefully this is just the room I'm staying in.

The bed was crooked, the pillow cases were dull, the bathroom shower was broken, the bathroom was not very clean, the most disappointing thing was that the room size did not match the one stated in the app, 27 m2, but in reality, I was in room 101, the size was at most 18 m2, so I was very disappointed.

Because the old building is really scary. I didn't want to stay overnight, it's better to have Angus money than scary.
