Suitable for family vacation

Arrived during renovations. The old elevator was haunted and opened and closed by itself. The room floor was dusty. This should be checked before guests enter.

Maybe because it's still under renovation, so it still seems a bit rundown, but hopefully it can get better.

Classic hotel near KBS Worth it for those looking for nostalgia in old-school hotels in Surabaya. Suggestion: Maybe the elevator could be upgraded.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the room is big, the bathroom has hot water that can be used, it is very hot, it is nice and comfortable to stay at this hotel.

I've been a regular staycation at the Oval Hotel. The friendliness of the front desk staff and the convenient access to the hotel were not matched by the cleanliness of the rooms. The area under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned.
