It is very clean and nice hotel. Hotel staffs are well trained and friendly to help you.
Only a minor issue is the sound proof is not standard enough. You can literally hear what others are talking from next door. .

The hotel staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Everything functioned as it should. This was my first time staying here, and I hope I will still feel comfortable in my next stay. Please maintain the quality.

service was ok, room quite nice, but staff is quite limited, especially around swimming pool and gym there was nobody at around 4 pm

This is my first time staying at a hotel, the front security didn't help at all, just kept quiet watching the guests carry their own suitcases, breakfast was okay, lots of variations, that's the only problem, hopefully it can be fixed.
