It's also nice to stay here, not too far from Simpang Lima. There are many restaurants on both sides of the hotel, so if you want to eat, don't worry, the hotel food is also delicious. Room service is good. There are lots of food around, Indomaret, Mr DIY, hehe.. The basement parking is convenient, so your car won't get wet.

It's not a new hotel, but it's quite nice and comfortable. It's easy to find. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the food is bland, with some fried chicken dishes being tough, and the menu lacking variety. Hopefully, the breakfast options and flavors can be improved in the future. Thank you.

Friendly staff, tummy-pleasing breakfast

The floor in the room was very dirty and dusty. The bathroom was also dirty, with moldy curtains. The breakfast food was messy and unclean. The taste was also not very good. The elevator to the room was very far at the end. The carpet in the hallway was dusty and very worn. Upon check-in, guests were required to deposit 50,000 Rupiah for a room access card. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.

Kids' favorite breakfast menu is ice cream 🤩. At the Pandanaran Hotel, you can have as much ice cream as you like 🥰

I have stayed at Pandanaran Hotel twice, I stayed for 4 days, top for all the services, thank you Pandanaran Hotel, next year we will stay again.

There were few waiters in the restaurant so there was no one to monitor when the food was almost finished.

Since it was just for sleeping, the room was clean enough, it's better to bring your own toiletries because the soap and shampoo smelled bad, there was no drinking water provided in the room but they said there was a dispenser in the hallway but I didn't notice it, I saw the swimming pool was poorly maintained and small, parking was quite spacious.
