Hotel and environment overall are good. One thing I don't like is what special remark I have requested is not able to fulfil which is I requested is a king size bed. I was checking in not later than 3.3pm.

well maintain resort & nice rain forest view with the fish pond, but too pricey for hotel without breakfast, gym & kids zone.

Very nice ambiance and feeling calm surrounded by nature. The interior and overall hotel is very basic and can be improved. A good place to relax and escape from busy life.

Room access card being blocked (at 11.45) before checkout time (12pm), made us trapped outside the room. Aircond suddenly turned off in the middle of night. Aircond's remote can't be use. In the bathroom: sinki is cracked, water tap is loose. Dirty mattress, can be seen if you remove the bed sheet.

the family room mattress no so comfortable, we can feel the spring of mattress.

The landscape and surroundings is quite relaxing and admiring. Lacking of restaurant inside the villa because the café is closed during my visit.

This is the second time I went to the villa just for the second time I stayed in the villa, the villa was spacious, pretty, just the furniture looked a little bit clean, the litter was muddy, the beetles were left outside, this made the kids scared. any food is the best.

So peaceful. Beautiful. Originality. So awesome
