Didn't have time to take pictures, are you sure this is a 4 star? The lock is still old-fashioned, not using a card. The GENUINE spring bed mattress (iron spring) immediately sank when I slept on it.

The location is not on the side of the road, but it's still okay, because it's close to the city center. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable. The room is also okay, cleaned every day. Only the closet, if possible, there should be a shelf. The bathroom is clean, but only gets soap. Usually there is shampoo too. If I go to Jogja again, this will be an option to stay.

Ini kunjungan saya yang ketiga. Hotel yang nyaman. Staff yg ramah. Akses dekat mau kemana mana. Jika bosen makanan dihotel banyak kuliner enak. Dsekitar hotel. Terima kasih untuk all staff. Dimaafkan jika merepotkan. Oya masukan., 1. Parkir antara gedung B and C jika ada disekitar pohon ringin. Banyak kotoran burung turun ke mobil. Mungkin jika ada yg membersihkan. Tamu mlh senang.

It's very kids friendly. Spacious, the pool is also really good. The staff are also friendly. Champion, next time I want to try the suite type. If the suite is right in front of the pool. Yesterday I actually requested a pool view. But instead I was given a corner room, and it was very far from the pool.

The hotel staff are all friendly, starting from the security guard and the receptionist. The hotel environment is comfortable, the view is very beautiful.

The staff is really friendly, we checked in at 3 in the morning and they still responded and the room was clean without being asked to clean it. It's really worth staying here.

There was a slight problem when checking in, I was given a room key but the room was already occupied. Luckily when I opened the room door, there were only belongings inside, the person was out. Please pay attention to this again. There is a swimming pool that can be used. For the service, room atmosphere, amenities, etc., everything is great. The parking lot is also spacious. Will come back here if I visit Jogja again.

The room is big but a bit creepy, the hallway to the room is very dark even though it's still daytime but the lights aren't turned on. The bathroom is quite dirty and smells a bit. The closet in the room makes it impossible to sleep with it open because the air conditioner is quite noisy and very disturbing
