I absolutely loved staying here! Finding food was super easy because of its super strategic location. The rooms are spacious and make you feel at home. What really made me feel at home was the heated pool, so you don't have to worry about getting cold when you want to swim. Overall, it's great and I highly recommend this place!

The hotel and facilities were quite comfortable, but the amenities need further attention. The shower gel was only filled with plain water, and the bathroom was dirty. There were used cotton swabs under the sink, and there were also small worms in the shower area. Please reconsider this.

The family suite itself was the best part. Reception check-in process was extremely slow. Breakfast was not good, hard to get a clean table. Most food had already run out by 9 a.m. and not enough effort was made to replenish it after that. Food quality and taste were very, very average. Even the nasi and soto were all gone. Clean coffee cups, plates, and cutlery were not refilled properly despite there seeming to be plenty of staff on duty. The pool area was closed before the posted time; we were not allowed to even look at it to decide if it was worth visiting the next day. Overall, the hotel location and family suite rooms were the only things worth it. Recommend cooking for yourself, but cannot guarantee the equipment or utensils in the rooms.

The facilities are plentiful, including a gym, sauna, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court, and a jogging track. This is a great place for those who enjoy sports.

The room is ok, spacious, family type, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. The AC is really cold, but the bathroom doesn't smell good.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The service is excellent and friendly. We were very impressed and, God willing, will stay at Bellezza Hotel again next time.

This hotel is like an apartment because the rooms have doors and a separate living room. The Netflix account is also active, so you don't need to log in with your account. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, and the water heater works well. I stayed here for two nights, and in the morning, a room attendant cleaned the room and changed the towels. The food is varied and delicious. It's also connected to Bellezza Mall, making it easy to shop for necessities, etc.

I booked a Business Suites Apartment, but was initially given a two-bedroom unit instead. The apartment was old and very worn, especially the bathroom. We also found baby cockroaches in the bathroom sink, which was very disappointing. After we reported the issue, the staff moved us to a cleaner apartment on the second night, although housekeeping could still be improved. The air conditioner was also dripping water, leaving a pool of water in the living room. It clearly needed servicing and should have been checked before guests arrived. The breakfast is decent for the price, but the tablecloths had visible stains and didn’t look clean. Overall, the hotel has friendly and helpful staff, but the property is in need of renovation, better maintenance, and much higher cleaning standards.

Access to the hotel within the parking area is unclear, and taxi drivers often don't know where the hotel lobby is. Directions from the parking area to the hotel lobby would be better.
