This was a nice hotel in its day, but it's just a bit under-maintained. The food is delicious. The pool is in a terrible state of disrepair. Hopefully, the owner can restore the hotel to its former glory. So far, so good.

A 4-day, 3-night stay in a beautiful resort setting with beautiful greenery and stunning views. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Affordable with good amenities. Clean and well-maintained. It's a great place to stay with the family. I'll definitely return here again next time I visit Pontianak.

The pool is only open until 5pm. It would be nice if it was open 24 hours.

Friendly staff, no mosquitoes, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city area. Great!

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, the soundproofing is lacking, given the wooden floors in the rooms. This is especially true if you have small children. Guests should be reminded to be considerate and keep noise levels low. Given the expansive area, some of the outdoor woodwork requires maintenance due to mold and other issues. The grass is also starting to grow tall. So, guests shouldn't have high expectations for a resort. Otherwise, it's good.

The room cleanliness is not great. The bathroom is quite dirty and lack of maintenance, amenities in the bedroom isn’t sufficient. We also need to pay for extra 2 bath towels and 2 pillows for our young kids per night. Fridge is the room was broken too. Overall, we are not very satisfied. Not recommended unless you’d like the hotel style.
