We understand that you booked a Harris Deluxe Room with King Bed through the application and arrived around 1:00 PM. Therefore, we understand your disappointment when the room was not ready after 2:00 PM, and you had to wait again until approximately 2:30 PM, and finally the room was ready after 3:00 PM. While there are room preparation procedures that need to be completed before a room is ready for guests, we understand that delays after the official check-in time can be resolved with better communication, clearer information, and offering assistance or alternative options so that guests do not feel like they have to wait for an extended period.
