Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore is a great place to stay for vacations or short trips. I book from july and stay on december, I have noted to request for a twin bed room, but at the end they said its full and giving me an upgrade room to a club room.. but also not a twin bed, and the club room doesn't feels like a club room. So, first of all I was disappointed but the room allocation, second the room given that they said is an upgrade turns out actually they upgrade nothing. Was stay here before long time ago, was really like it, but now no more. thank you

Nice location, directly connected with Novena MRT. It will be very nice especially during the rainy season, you don't have to get out in the rain to go to the MRT.

MRT CKP is nearby. There is a small mall to find food.

Great access to MRT and the staff’s services were the good highlight of my stay. However the property was not. Stayed at 21th floor , Deluxe Plus room type. In general the room size is good for the price, compared to other hotels in Singapore. But everything is quite outdated and need refurbishment, carpets in the alley is dirty and worn out. Inside the room, you can feel the dust in the rugs as well. Interior layout need to be redesigned

Club Lounge service was impeccable! Friendly and caring staff. The gym was under construction and the replacement was a limited space in a basement boardroom. The front desk clerk made some bizarre mistakes, but the management took appropriate actions and correctly compensated us. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is directly connected to the metro station.

Had issue with toilet (leaking). Took long time to get replacement room and even worse, the new key given already has occupant inside while we were entering. Wth... this is crazy.
