The property is definitely overrated. It has the potential to be an amazing experience for people staying there but its a let down. I think the property was shut for a long time during COVID and so has not been well kept. We stayed on the upper level villa. However, the furniture, doors, beds, wooden flooring in the room needs to be repaired. The curtains. Oh my God. The day curtains had cobwebs all over them and were torn. The towels. Well, please replace them. It's too old and looks very dirty. The linens in the rooms also need replacement as there are so many stains on them. They also feel damp as there 's hardly any fresh air circulation in the room. The pool too was dirty, although we saw the staff clearing the leaves, there was a layer of oil that could be seen. None of the people living the resort tried to get into the pool during our stay. I'm sure they also had the same complaint. The crockeries kept in the restaurant area were also dirty and had insects on them. Definitely not worth the value. At least cleanliness should be the first step towards running a property anywhere. The only saving grace was that the staff was very helpful and fulfilled our requests. But for the above matters, there's nothing that could be done. The hotel needs a makeover.

The employees are very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious.

The room was the same as the one photographed, very comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere made it very comfortable, made me happy to go home. Just for me the atmosphere at night made a little afraid to go to the bathroom. and for the pool there is no lighting, it's dark. So you want to swim at night so you can't. Even though it's really good if there are lights. A little far from the city center but very recommended hotel! thanks.

Old facilities but quite enough for chill-out travellers, very quiet, hot shower and good AC, convenient location, good staff.

For domestic tourists less fit because mukena is not available and mecca is not marked. Breakfast is also just toast-style bread because maybe at that time in the resort only we are staying.

I stay in room 301. At first I thought ancient. It turns out to be modern. The hotel is nice, it's just that I stay for a week, I think the towel is not replaced, and the toiletries are not renewed like toothpaste and shower cap. I even need to ask the operator to give me soap. For my sheets not so sure it's changed every day. Hairdryer not working. Exhause the fan in the bathroom is not working, so the bathroom door is always open so that the air from inside out, for the refrigerator is not cold, but enough if just want to be used as storage of canned goods of goods a day. I left the hotel in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find the rest of my hair still in the room and it was annoying. Its location for 1-2 days is a bit hard to find but after berhari2 start memorize area there. Access out of the location quite crowded and often jammed, especially for car users.
