The staff was very kind and helpful, but my stay was disappointing. The first room had a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, and despite my complaints, I was told no room change was possible. After insisting, I was finally moved. On the last night, I found an invasion of small bugs, even in my bed. A very unpleasant experience despite the friendly staff.

The worst room I've ever had in Bali, the door was broken, the bathroom was dirty, the mattress smelled, not worth it for that price, the mattress was often bad and the middle was empty, it would have been better to use an Oyo or RedDoorz hotel instead.

The hotel staff is friendly and can leave your luggage before check-in. The room is dark and eerie, the floor is sticky, the bathroom is large and scary, the mirror is broken, there's no hot water, the refrigerator smells bad, and the Telkomsel and XL networks are poor. There's no bed cover, just a sheet. The TV is a good smart TV. The room has a pair of chairs in the room and a pair on the terrace. Close to Icon Mall Bali.

It feels like staying in a 5-star hotel, it's really cool, the facilities are complete + the location is strategic, and the room is really comfortable, man.

For this price, it's relatively cheap and okay for backpackers. Just choose a medium spring mattress, at least; it feels like a 500,000 rupiah mattress. Also, the bathroom is minimal; if there's any crust, scrub it with Porstex, as the water often turns off and on.

The hotel's location is very strategic, the room is very uncomfortable, there are lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom is dirty, the toilet seat is dusty, it's possible the room has never been used before, but the room smells good even though the items seem old-fashioned, there is a TV and a large refrigerator, hopefully in the future there will be improvements to the rooms which are considered old-fashioned.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly, the mattress is also uncomfortable. Even though I ordered a superior room, the mattress is uncomfortable, let alone a standard room. What is the condition? Was I given the wrong room? I was in the upper room of the old building, building C.

We got a comfortable, spacious, and clean room. The entire staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the service was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it's very close to the beach.
