A suitable and nice suite and a fairly good location near Mertasari Beach

I was here for 3 days and 2 nights for Nyepi. The atmosphere was nice, cool, comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom was okay, the service was quite friendly, the only downside was the breakfast, the rest was good and comfortable.

There is no parking, the food is bad, the facilities in the room are also very lacking.

The room is ugly, not like a hotel, more like a boarding house, no parking...

Overall, it's good, but lacking breakfast. It's recommended to stay without breakfast.

1. No toiletries, shampoo, or soap. 2. There were insects and centipedes in the toilet. 3. No Wi-Fi upon check-in. 4. Hard to find a power outlet in the room. 5. No hotel phone or reception number to call.

We got a bedroom that we requested during booking the hotel (large bed, first floor, in front of the swimming pool). It was perfect, there are also two chairs and one table in front of each bedroom, allowing us to sit and enjoy the ambience of the suite. The area was very clean, with friendly staffs. The bedroom was spacious, it fits 3 people as we pay additional charge of IDR100,000 for one extra person per night. The staff asked which menu of breakfast do we want (there were limited options but still fine), and delivered it to our room.

The hotel staff check-in time was only 1 and it was hard to wake up. Breakfast was only fried noodles. The sink was clogged. There were cockroaches in the room.

Late night checked in, fast process. However, it's less maintained hotel since the shower was breaking, there are spider webs in a few corners and the linen was not smelling fresh. With the room space + calm & quiet surroundings, the stay could've been better.

Extraordinarily impressive, the room is clean and the room facilities are complete, suitable for bringing a large family because it consists of 2 rooms and 1 family room equipped with a kitchen.

The place is decent but not worth its price, I also ordered room with breakfast and the food is so bad, I ordered scrambled eggs and the food came with sad looking low portion eggs and 1 piece of bread cut in half. Will not recommend purchasing breakfast option and will not stay here again because it is quite expensive.

Check-in time is mandatory at 2 pm. Frontline staff is always absent. The breakfast food is not suitable at all. Only instant noodles are cooked. And the mixed rice is not recommended. Maybe buy it at a stall. For those of you who want to stay overnight, it's better not to choose the free breakfast. It's a loss. Just stay here this time. Wifi is okay.

The place is comfortable, the pool is clean, maybe the shower in room 210 needs to be repaired, the food is delicious even though there are few choices (bread, fried rice and noodles).

AC kamar lantai 2 no 11 panas, sudah diberitahu ke penjaga hotel tapi tidak ada itikad baik atas komplain yang disampaikan, seharusnya check out di tanggal 26 tapi karena kondisi kamar panas jadinya check out tanggal 25 jam 10 malam waktu Bali. Dengan harga yang tidak murah, tidak diberikan fasilitas dasar seperti sikat gigi, handuk kaki harus diminta terlebih dahulu baru diberikan, balkon kotor dan berdebu. Komplain ini sudah disampaikan ke pihak hotel tapi tidak ada perubahan sama sekali dan sepertinya komplain ini hanya dijawab dengan baik, mohon maaf, karena tukang AC sedang libur jadi tidak bisa diperbaiki sekarang, balkon akan kami bersihkan, bla bla bla-bla. Tidak menuntut harus diperbaiki atau ganti AC baru tapi setidaknya berpikir kreatif untuk hal yang alternatif, berikan kipas angin atau apapun itu, di tambah lagi flush toilet yang berfungsi sangat slowly jadi saat buang air besar butuh usaha & kesabaran sampai kotorannya hilang. Service yang sangat mengecewakan dan ini menjadi yang pertama & terakhir untuk menginap di sini, jadi buat kalian-kalian traveler ' s yang ingin menginap di sini, pikirkan lagi jangan terkecoh dengan view foto menarik yang disajikan.
